Collapsible Container with Straw
A collapsible, reusable drinking container is provided having a first opening suitable for pouring and filling, a second opening for accessing the interior of the container for cleaning, and a flexible straw for drinking the contents while the container is held in an upright position. The first opening is reversibly sealed with a cap, the second opening with an interlocking ridge and groove fastener, and the straw is reversibly sealed using a plug, a cap, a push-pull cap, a reversibly discontinuous portion of the straw, or an element for reversibly kinking the straw. The straw is attached to the container wall, to the cap for sealing the first opening, or to the fastener for sealing the second opening.
Portable Staked Accessory Holder
A portable staked accessory holder is an apparatus that mounted into the ground to uphold various small items. The apparatus includes a tray, a telescopic post assembly, and a stake. The tray upholds small items such as a beverage cup or a small plate. The telescopic post assembly offsets the tray from the ground and is height adjustable. The stake drives into and mounts into the ground. The apparatus further includes a beverage holder, an electronic device holder, and a spring clamp. The beverage holder attaches a beverage with the telescopic post assembly so that the tray remains uninhibited and the space of the tray is maximized. The electronic device holder upholds an electronic device such as a smart phone with the beverage holder for easy access. The spring clamp allows the beverage holder, and consequently the electronic device holder to be attached and removed with the telescopic post assembly.
IMPROVEMENTS IN METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR INTEGRAL DOUBLE-WALLED CONTAINER STRUCTURES
A method and apparatus for the formation of double-walled containers includes two integrally connected containers extending in the same direction with an air gap between them, stretch-blow moulded as single bodies out of thermoplastic material, and suitable for mass-production. A thermoplastic tubular blank is formed and then heat-conditioned. The heat-conditioned tubular blank is then mechanically stretched longitudinally and blow-formed outwards by gas pressure to form first and second containers. A piston and mould cavity cooperate to further mould the containers such that the second smaller container side wall(s) are at least substantially not in contact with the second container shaped mould cavity set and may be inverted inside-out, while the second smaller container bottom wall at least substantially does not invert, in order for the second smaller container to become a substantially mirror-image inverted second smaller container extending in the same direction as, and interior to, the first container.
A BOTTLE CONVERTIBLE TO A GLASS
The present disclosure discloses a bottle that can be transformed into a glass. The bottle includes a first portion for holding a first serve of a beverage, a second portion adapted for holding a second serve of the beverage, the second portion, and the first portion are configured to removably engage to each other using an engaging mechanism. The bottle further includes one or more closure members that removably engages to the second portion or is retained within a void region within the first portion, wherein, when the bottle is in use, the closure member is removed and connected on top of the first portion to form the glass in order to consume the first serve of the beverage contained therein, and if needed refill the glass with the second serve of the beverage contained in the second portion.
SPACE EXPANSION BEVERAGE GLASS AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A space expansion beverage glass comprises a glass body with an upper opening, a fixing mechanism that fixes a picture display device to a side of the glass body, a transparent part that is made of a transparent material, an image control part that displays a human image and a background image to the picture display device, and a sensor. The image control part displays or outputs a composite image in which the background image is combined with a background portion of an human image to the picture display device, in the composite image, the human image is drawn in an area where the human image and the background image overlap, a size of the human image relative to the background image is changed due to a signal from the sensor, the user views the composite image through a beverage inside the glass body and the transparent part.
Bracelet cup
A foldable cup bracelet is provided. The foldable cup bracelet includes a sheet of resilient material, a first pair of fasteners, and a second pair of fasteners. The sheet of resilient material is foldable between a bracelet configuration and a cup configuration. The bracelet configuration includes a continuous band having an inner surface and an outer surface. The cup configuration includes a first side wall and a second side, and defines an interior for receiving a liquid or other substance between the first and second side walls. The cup configuration may form a drinking cup. The first pair of fasteners is configured to retain the sheet of resilient material in the bracelet configuration, and the second pair of fasteners is configured to cooperate with the first pair of fasteners to retain the sheet of resilient material in the cup configuration.
FOLDABLE CUP PROVIDED WITH A REINFORCING STRUCTURE
A foldable cup provided with a reinforcing structure includes: a cup body, a shape-fixing ring nested on the opening of the cup body, and a cup cap fitted to the shape-fixing ring. When the cup body is deformed due to the effect of force, the side wall of the cup body is prevented from experiencing a large twist due to the deformation of the opening of the cup, thereby effectively alleviating the disadvantages of an existing foldable cup: the existing foldable cup easily topples and falls due to the deformation of the opening of the cup, causing a liquid in the cup to be splashed. Further, when the side wall of the cup body is extruded, the liquid in the cup does not flow out from the joint position between the shape-fixing ring and the cup cap, thereby improving the practicability of the foldable cup.
COLLAPSIBLE CUP
A collapsible container, particularly a cup or mug having a flexible body having a top tier, middle tier and a bottom tier is disclosed. The bottom tier has a base. The container has a first living hinge between the top and middle tiers and a second living hinge between the middle and bottom tiers. A rigid, preferably metal, plate is at least partially embedded in the bottom tier that makes the otherwise flexible base rigid. The container can have a rigid metal cladding around the top tier and a handle made of flexible material. The collapsible container may be made by injection molding.
Collapsible bowl with lid convertible to legs
The present invention is directed to a portable feeding apparatus or bowl, more particularly to a travel feeding apparatus for pets having a hinged lid that converts to legs for supporting the bowl in an upright manner. The hinged lid has a lock for locking the lid in a closed position.
