Insulated beverage container
11375835 · 2022-07-05 ·

Various embodiments concern a handheld beverage container. The beverage container includes a vacuum chamber located radially between an inner tubular sidewall and an outer tubular sidewall and axially between an inner bottom wall and an outer bottom wall. The combined heat capacity of both of the inner tubular sidewall and the inner bottom wall can be greater than the combined heat capacity of both of the outer tubular sidewall and the outer bottom wall such that a vacuum insulated thermal reserve is formed. Heat can be exchanged between the thermal reserve and the beverage to stabilize the temperature of the beverage to counteract ambient cooling/heating of the beverage. Various embodiments concern a cap that seals with a disposable cup that is held within a container body, allowing a beverage to be contained in the disposable cup while being insulated by the container body, with or without a thermal reserve.

A collapsible vessel for containing fluid comprises at least two interconnected tubular sections which are configured to move axially with respect to each other upon application of a substantially axial force thereto. The vessel is manipulatable between a collapsed configuration in which the sections are substantially nested to form a tube having a first length and an extended configuration in which the sections form a continuous tube having a second length which is greater than the first length. The vessel comprises locking means configured to be reversibly locked while the vessel is in the extended configuration upon the application of a rotational force to at least one section.

HEATED BEVERAGE CONTAINER

An apparatus for heating beverages is disclosed. The apparatus includes a base and a container for holding liquids. The base has a heater plate that is heated by one or more heater elements attached to the heater plate. A power source in the base provides electricity to the heater elements. The base is removably attachable to the container. The container has an inner cup that sits inside a chassis. The inner cup is made of metal and has an open top for receiving liquid, a circumferential wall, and a closed bottom. The chassis has an open top for receiving a liquid, a circumferential wall, and an open bottom. When the container is attached to the base, the closed bottom of the inner cup is configured to contact the heater plate and receive heat from the heater plate.

Double-walled beverage container and method of using same

A container having fluid container inner body positioned within an outer body having a lower end wall with an aperture. An interior chamber is formed between sidewalls of the inner and outer bodies. A flexible and resilient stopper removably positionable in the aperture in fluid-tight sealing engagement with the end wall. A stiffening member is removably positionable within a cavity of the stopper after the stopper is positioned in the aperture to provide rigidity to the stopper to resist bending of the stopper and thereby resists unintentional dislodgement of the stopper from the aperture without first removing the stiffening member from the stopper.
