The top portion includes at least first and second cooling tubes. The bottom and top portions interfit such that the cooling tubes extend vertically down into the beverage and chill the beverage to a desired temperature by thermal contact with said cooling tubes when the top portion is positioned on the bottom portion. The first and second cooling tubes have first and second perimeters, respectively, within a horizontal cross-section of the top portion, and the first and second perimeters have substantially a same size and shape.

PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR FORMING OVERWRAP CONTAINER USING CLAMPING AND REFORMING

A method for forming an overwrap container includes the steps of a) providing a base container having a first side seam on a side wall that extends along a longitudinal axis to define an internal volume, and a bottom secured to the side wall; b) providing the side wall of the base container with connecting elements on an outer periphery of the side wall; c) providing an overwrap having a second side seam over the side wall of the base container such that the overwrap is joined in spaced apart relationship by the connecting elements to the side wall of the base container; d) clamping the overwrap to the base container along the second side seam to form a first compressed area; e) clamping the overwrap to the base container in an area 180 removed from the second side seam to form a second compressed area: and f) reforming the second compressed area to define an overwrap container having a substantially uniform spacing and air gap between the base container and the overwrap except in the first compressed area.

Paper cup provided with heat conduction prevention plate

The present invention relates to a paper cup provided with a heat conduction prevention plate. The paper cup is provided integrally with a heat conduction prevention plate by being attached to the paper cup, and thus it is not necessary for a user to frequently insert a separate heat conduction prevention plate into the paper cup when drinking a drink. Also, a certain space is formed between the integrated heat conduction prevention plate and the paper cup body, thereby effectively performing a heat conduction blocking function. Moreover, since the heat conduction prevention plate is provided in an area that can be held by a finger, it is possible to be manufactured at a low manufacturing cost, and the paper cup widens toward the top, so that the paper cup slips less from fingers.

ADJUSTABLE BEVERAGE CONTAINER HOLDER
20240002130 · 2024-01-04 ·

The present invention provides an adjustable beverage container holder. The beverage container holder may include a housing and a plurality of deformable bands. The housing may include a bottom end, a top end opposite the bottom end having a container receiving opening, and a wall extending between the top and bottom ends. The wall may include an outer wall portion and an inner wall portion. The outer wall portion and inner wall portion may be rotatable relative to one another. The plurality of deformable bands may extend between corresponding sets of upper band mounts and lower band mounts. The lower band mounts may be disposed on a lower portion of the outer wall portion and the upper band mounts may be disposed on an upper portion of the inner wall portion. Rotation of the outer wall portion relative to the inner wall portion may cause the plurality of deformable bands to transition from a first position wherein the plurality of deformable bands form a beverage receiving area corresponding to a beverage container of a first size, and a second position wherein the plurality of deformable bands form a beverage receiving area corresponding to a beverage container of a second size.

A double-walled container is used to thermally isolate a stored substance from the external environment. The double walled container has an interior container, an exterior sidewall a flat base and a spacer ring. The interior container serves as a receptacle into which the stored substance is placed. The exterior sidewall is mounted onto the flat base so that the double walled container can be rested on a surface. The spacer ring is connected in between a rim of the exterior wall and a rim of the interior container. Thus connected, the spacer ring maintains the interior container in a position offset from the exterior sidewall. This enables an insulating compartment to be positioned in between the two components. Thereby, thermally isolating the interior container from the exterior sidewall.
