Alcohol Beverage and Spirits Nosing, Tasting, Drinking, and Sampling Vessel, Procedure or Method for Using Same, and a Process to Separate Ethanol Vapors from Sampling Vapors Prior to Nosing
This application is for a device and article of manufacture for the purpose of drinking, tasting, sampling, and nosing and evaluating alcohol beverages without alcohol nose burn and numbing; a procedure or method to manipulate said vapors for the same purpose; and a process to separate and dissipate ethanol vapors to accomplish the same purpose. The device is one embodiment of a vessel which collects vapors in a chamber with curved sides and large surface area to promote evaporation, which chamber's top opening orifice concentrates same vapors prior to passing into an expansion chamber releasing and dissipating fast moving ethanol prior to nosing, providing improved aroma detection and enhancing nosing, tasting, and sampling experiences for all spirits, wines and liqueurs, distilled, fermented, and fortified.
Apparatus and methods for dispensing beverages
A dispensing system for use with a portable container for the storage, transport, and dispensation of fluids, especially liquids. The dispensing system includes an annular collar affixable to such a portable container. The collar is matable with a twist-top having a straw thereon. Once mated, corresponding structures on the collar and twist-stop prevent or inhibit separation. The twist-top can be twisted open to a position in which corresponding interior structures of the twist-top and collar form a fluid channel allowing liquid in the container to flow past sealing elements such as a gasket, and to egress to a contoured surface for sipping hot liquids by a human. The twist-top can be twisted close to reseal and inhibit fluid egress. Alternatively, a rotatable flip straw in the twist-top can be opened to drink cold liquids from the container while the twist-top is sealed in closed position.
Convenient lid
A convenient lid includes a housing, a lid opening, a press plate, a button, an insertion plate, a guide plate and a threaded body, the lid opening and the threaded body are provided on the lower part of the housing, the side of the lid is provided with a first concave cavity, a fixing body and a guide column are provided in the first concave cavity, a switch device and a security device are provided on the fixing body and the guide column, a guide plate, an insertion plate and a press plate are provided inside the lid, a concave ring and a guide strip are provided on the outside of the lid opening, a convex ring, a guide slot and a latch are provided on the inner side of the threaded body, ribs and threads are provided on the outer side of the threaded body.
ASSEMBLY FOR SELECTIVELY AERATING AND CHANGING THE TEMPERATURE OF A BEVERAGE
An assembly for selectively aerating and heating or cooling a beverage. The assembly includes a body that receives the beverage, a heat transfer element having a control temperature, a diverter in communication with and coupled to the body, and an aerator in communication with the diverter, the aerator including a plurality of flow features and an outlet. The heat transfer element carried by the body, such that the heat transfer element is arranged to change a temperature of the beverage in the body using the control temperature. When the diverter is in a first position, the flow features are accessible and the beverage flows through the body portion, along the plurality of flow features, and through the outlet. When the diverter member is in a second position, the flow features are not accessible and the beverage flows through the body portion and through the outlet while bypassing the flow features.
Temperature control cup
A temperature control cup includes a cup body and a cup cover, and the cup cover is covered on the cup body. The cup body is provided with a cup outer shell, a cup middle shell, and a cup inner wall in order from the outside to the inside. A vacuum heat insulation layer is provided between the cup shell and the cup middle shell. A gas getter is provided in the vacuum heat insulation layer at the bottom of the cup body. A phase change material layer is provided between the middle shell and the inner wall of the cup body. The bottom center of the cup shell is recessed inward with a small through-hole, and the through-hole is sealed with glass after melting at high temperatures.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR STORING AND INHALING VAPOR
Apparatuses and methods for producing, capturing, portioning, and/or distributing smoke or vapor in a manner analogous to liquid consumption that may allow for social and/or more socially acceptable manners of consumption of vapor products. Further, the present disclosure may provide devices and techniques that readily and easily permit transportation, storage, and/or consumption in more socially acceptable and/or less stigmatized manners similar to liquid consumption.
Adjustable Vessel Holder
An adjustable vessel holder, such as an adjustable beverage container holder, is adjustable between a first position and a second position and includes a sleeve and at least one closure coupled to the sleeve. The at least one closure is configured to have a closed position and an open position. In the closed position, the adjustable vessel holder is in the first position and is configured to receive a vessel having a first size. In the open position of the closure, the adjustable vessel holder is in the second position and is configured to receive a different vessel having a second size. In some vessel holders, in the first position, a top end has a first internal perimeter, and in the second position, the top end has a second internal perimeter that is larger than the first internal perimeter.
DRINKING VESSEL WITH COVERING, AND HANDBAG AND HOLDING DEVICE FOR DRINKING VESSEL
A drinking vessel has a container for a beverage and includes a covering. The drinking vessel has a support structure accommodating the container. The covering covers the support structure at least partially on a side facing away from the container. Further, a holding device for a drinking vessel of this kind is disclosed, which has a sleeve body with a receptacle adapted to the support structure of the container, in which receptacle the drinking vessel can be held, wherein at least one connection means for fastening the holding device in the bag body of a handbag is provided.
Double-walled beverage container and method of forming the same
Provided are ceramic compositions and containers, in each case comprising a ceramic (e.g., porcelain, stoneware, porcelain, or ceramic composition having properties of both) composition to which an amount of alumina has been added to provide a ceramic composition comprising 20% to 25% (wt./wt.) alumina, preferably about 22% (wt./wt.) alumina, providing a stronger material, such that wall thicknesses (e.g., of double-walled beverage containers) can be reduced or minimized to create a lighter double-walled ceramic container. The disclosed containers have a chemical and porous structure suitable for a wide array of stoneware glazes, and display water absorption rate properties comparable to stoneware. Methods of making same are provided.
Low-Profile Liquid Container Lid Assembly
A preferred low-profile liquid container lid assembly enables a user to outfit particularized liquid containers for enabling lid-based liquid-pooling or compartmentalization and heat transfer from lid-pooled or lid-compartmentalized liquid prior to liquid egression from a lid-outfitted liquid container prior to liquid consumption. All embodiments provide liquid re-directing or damming structures that operate to control the delivery of hot liquid for promoting heat loss from re-directed liquid flows. Certain structures cooperate with existing art to minimize leakage problems associated therewith. Other structures operate to particularly shape parceled liquid volumes for effecting rapid heat transfers therefrom. Still other structures harness material-philic properties of liquids for further effecting rapid heat transfers and liquid directional control mechanisms. Combinations of the various structural features here noted are also contemplated throughout the following specifications.
