10407211 · 2019-09-10 · ·

A dispensing device, comprising a container, one or more support members mechanically coupled to one or more of the lateral walls, a base which has one or more supporting arms and a cover element mechanically coupled to one or more of the supporting arms to remain fixed while said container rotates around said rotation axis. The container includes a storage portion defined by a circumferential wall and two or more lateral walls with a dispensing opening defined in the circumferential wall. The supporting arm(s) support rotation of the container from a closed state to an open state and vice versa. The rotation is held around a rotation axis defined by a location of the support member(s). The cover element covers the dispensing opening when the container is rotated into the closed state and does not cover the dispensing opening when the container is rotated into the open state.

Completely disposable cooking apparatus for filling and decorating of foods

A cooking apparatus used for filling and decorating of foods, comprising in some embodiments a one-piece, funnel-shaped bag with a soft side wall, having an open first end at the top through which food material and coloring agents can be inserted into the bag and a closed second end at the bottom end of the funnel, with an integral, malleable, conical shaped, discharge orifice. The orifice may have serrations or ridges extending inwardly from the internal wall of the orifice, running longitudinally or parallel to the cone axis. The orifice may be initially closed or manufactured with a small opening. The orifice may be made of a material capable of being cut to yield an exit opening. The inwardly extending serrations that remain after a cut may insure that the material is treated as it is expelled from the bag through the orifice to yield a ribbon candy design.

DISPENSER-APPLICATOR

The present invention relates to a roll-on dispenser of the type which, when placed on the spout of a container, closes it by means of a sphere that, upon rolling, allows for the outlet of certain quantities of the product to be dispensed, the sphere presenting a tread, preferably projected towards the interior of the sphere, and forming channels which preferably form ducts, and a sphere cap with a number of undulations that connect the inner and the outer parts, whilst also allowing for the product to exit through them. The cap that retains the sphere is made of an elastic, deformable material, such that, by exerting a given pressure, it is possible to remove the sphere from the cap.

The present invention is a snack containment and dispensing apparatus having a plurality of separate snack containment compartments, a preferably transparent lid having an opening therein, and a plunger to index or rotate a tray relative to the lid such that access to a snack compartment and/or compartments is permitted. In an embodiment, the present invention includes a slidable cover for the opening within the lid. The lid connects to a bowl with an angled pressure seal. In an embodiment, the tray is disposed within a cavity created between the lid and the bowl. The snack compartments may be identically-sized or variably-sized. By selectively accessing only one or more snack compartment at a time, the snacks in the other non-currently accessed snack compartments are rendered non-spillable.

A bread storage dispenser device comprising a housing container made to stand upright having a closed bottom surface and open top end with the housing container further formed having a substantially rectangular chamber extending longitudinally through perimeter walls thereof. A serving drawer assembly is integrally constructed and formed to engage the chamber of the housing container and slide longitudinally therein guided by a pair of side rails on the perimeter walls on opposite sides of the container to a position substantially proximate to the closed bottom surface thereof. The serving drawer assembly includes a top lid member sized to cover and close the open top end of the housing container with a perimeter sealing member secured beneath the lid member, a bottom shelf member having a cross section conforming with the chamber of the housing container and further notched on opposite sides to engage the side rails, and a carriage tray member extending between the top lid and the bottom shelf member configured to retain the slices of bread in a stack held upon the bottom shelf. By raising the serving drawer assembly from its seated position, the stack of bread slices stored within the housing container may be lifted therefrom to allow easy removal of bread slices by the user, and the serving drawer may then be released to descend by itself to a reseated position.
