An adjustable footer on the rounder bar includes a plurality of adjustment tools that can be adjusted in selectable zones to minimize dough leakage in any selected zone across the length of the rounder bar. Each adjustment tool is connected to a corresponding locking plate that is disposed in a recess in the blade. The pressure of the blade against the conveyor in a particular zone is responsive to rotation of the adjustment tool in that particular zone, enabling adjustment of dough leakage in that zone.

A rounding device and method of rounding that provides improved rounding of semi solid material portions by introducing changes or variations in the contours or profiles of rounding bars to produce one or more changes in the axis of rotation of the semi solid material portion along the working length of the one or more contoured rounding bars and round the surfaces of the semi solid material portion with greater uniformity and consistency. By changing the axis of rotation of the semi solid material portion in the working length of the variable contour rounding bar one can improve the rounding and avoid blemishes and deformities that occur to the surface of the semi solid material portion in existing devices.

DOUGH PROCESSING ASSEMBLY
A dough processing assembly includes a fixed frame, an entry area and an exit area for the dough subjected to the processes. The assembly includes at the entry area, a station for loading predefined quantities of dough in a receptacle. The assembly further includes at least one first conveyor belt, arranged downstream of the receptacle and adapted to receive and translate the dough; and at least one second conveyor belt, which is perpendicular and arranged below the first belt, for receiving the dough from the first belt. The assembly includes a station for dispensing the dough, at the exit area, provided with elements for folding the dough onto itself, for the juxtaposition of contiguous surfaces thereof so as to form configurations of the type of a layering, of a roll, and the like.

Food dough rounding device and rounding method
Provided is a rounding device that rounds a food dough using a pair of shaping plates (11, 13), the device being provided with the following: a conveying device (9) that conveys a food dough (7); and the pair of shaping plates (11, 13) disposed on the upper surface of the conveying device (9) so as to extend along the conveying direction (R) of the conveying device. The rounding device is characterized in that at least one of the pair of shaping plates (11, 13) has recessed holding-dough parts (17, 21).
