FOLDABLE REUSABLE DRINKING STRAW

A foldable reusable drinking straw in the shape of a tube is provided. The tube has a tubular wall having an outer surface and an inner surface, and a wall thickness therebetween. The inner surface defines a bore with a generally constant inner diameter. The tube has a first end and a second end, and a plurality of annular grooves in the outer surface of the wall to reduce the wall thickness of the tubular wall at each of the plurality of annular grooves for bending the tube. The wall thickness of the tube from the first end to the second end, except for the plurality of annular grooves, is generally constant. The tube also has an angular transition between the first end and the second end.

Non-Removable Drinking Straw Device

The present invention relates to a non-removable drinking straw device primarily comprised of a straw body and a locking member, wherein the locking member is further comprised of a locking notch and at least one vertical slit that forms at least one retention member on the locking member body. The locking member sits around the straw such that the straw and a portion of the locking member can be placed inside a juice box or a juice pouch. Once partially inside the juice box or pouch, the locking member can be pushed down on the straw body and locked into position by manipulating a protrusion of the straw body within the locking notch. In the deployed position, the retention members extend outwards from the body of the locking member such that the locking member hits the top wall of the juice box or juice pouch.
