Floating Bar Apparatus
A recreational floating bar apparatus capable of carrying beverages including liquor bottles and drinking vessels having a floatable base. A liquor bottle rack can extend upward from the floatable base, the liquor bottle rack having at least two compartments, each compartment sized to receive one of the liquor bottles. A plurality of drinking vessel retainers can be positioned on the floatable base about the liquor bottle rack. The plurality of drinking vessel retainers can include a first set of drinking vessel retainers having a first size, and a second set of drinking vessel retainers having a second size. The apparatus can be used to store relatively large amounts of beverages to help reduce the need for a user to exit the water to retrieve more beverages.
ADJUSTABLE CUP HOLDER FOR HOLDING TALL CUPS, BOTTLES AND THE LIKE
A adjustable cup holder includes a base, a retainer and a biasing element. The base includes a first cup well and a second cup well, the retainer is carried on the base and is displaceable between a home position and a raised or deployed position for holding taller items in a more stable manner. The biasing element biases the retainer toward the deployed position.
Cup rack for stacked disposable cups
A cup stacking and holding assembly is disclosed with methods of application in standard use and with internal electronics for visual displays. The cup holder assembly may be manufactured in various configurations, all providing a cup rack for convenient and stable stacking of disposable cups. The cup rack may comprise: a base providing a surface for abutting support for a plurality of cups; a cup retainer plate coupled to the base; a plurality of cup retaining apertures formed within the cup retainer plate, each cup retaining aperture sized to receive a corresponding cup and having a diameter smaller than the largest exterior diameter of the corresponding cup; the cup retainer plate moveable from a first closed position parallel and proximal to the surface for abutting support to a second open position for insertion of cups within the cup retaining apertures.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER HEATING APPARATUSES AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Beverage container heating apparatuses and associated methods for using such apparatuses are disclosed. In one embodiment, for example, a flexible band or sleeve is configured to wrap around an exterior surface of a beverage container. The flexible band can include a first layer configured to be positioned in contact with the exterior surface of the beverage container. The first layer comprises a reflective surface facing the beverage container and a heating element configure dot provide heat to the exterior surface of the beverage container. The flexible band may also include a second layer that includes a removable insulation assembly. The flexible band further includes a third layer adjacent to and covering at least a portion of the second layer. The third layer can include a gripping mechanism having one or more finger sleeves positioned to receive finger(s) of a user when the flexible band is wrapped around the beverage container.
Stemware retention device
A stemware retention device for preventing tipping of stemware includes a first plate, which is substantially planar. Each slot of a set of slots extends into the first plate from its perimeter. A spacing element, which is attached to and which extends from a lower face of the first plate, supports the first plate above a substantially horizontal surface, such as a tabletop. A plurality of panels is attached to from the first plate's lower face so that each slot is bracketed by a pair of panels. Each panel extends from the first plate to proximate to the substantially horizontal surface. The panels are resiliently flexible so that each pair of panels can engage a base of an article of stemware as its stem is inserted into a respective slot. Thus, tipping of the article of stemware relative to the substantially horizontal surface is inhibited.
WINE BOTTLE AND GLASS CARRIER
A wine bottle and glass carrier has an arch-shaped handle and a housing attached to the arch-shaped handle, the housing having an outside surface, the outside surface comprising a plurality of concave cavities with a centralized protrusion, the protrusion configured for retaining a mouth of a glass and the concave cavity configured for retaining the body of a glass.
Bottle with insulated chamber and internal storage for cups and accessories
A shatter-resistant container in the shape of a large wine bottle with an insulated chamber. The container is designed for use in an area such as a pool or beach where glass is restricted. The container has a removable neck which permits a full bottle of wine to be poured quickly into a large opening in the insulated chamber. A base can be removed to access a storage compartment which holds a pair of disassembled stemmed wine glasses or stemless glasses made of a shatter-resistant polymer. The neck includes a cap or valve and an aerator, so that wine is aerated as it is poured from the container.
Stemless Wine Glasses Rack
An improved wine glasses rack includes a plurality of elongated bars. Wherein the plurality of elongated bars are interconnected to form an elongated cage adapted to slidably retain wine glasses therein and therefrom. Wherein the elongated cage is formed having an interior shape adapted to slidably retain a plurality of stemless wine glasses therein. Wherein the elongated cage is further formed and adapted to slidably retain a plurality of stemmed wine glasses therefrom. Wherein the improved wine glasses rack is adapted to be slidably and removably connected to and be hung from a wine glasses rack connected to a supporting surface.
