The slip-proof foot is disposed on a top end of the supporting rod. The storage bucket can be located beside the edge of a table and occupies little space above the table-top surface. Retrieving objects from the storage bucket is convenient.

The removable cap includes a cap sidewall and a stopper that can removably engage the open mouth of the bottle. The stopper includes a stopper body and an annular ring extending radially outward from the stopper body. In use, the protective bottle enclosure can surround the bottle and seal the open mouth of the bottle when the base section is engaged with the body and the removable cap is engaged with the neck section.

An inner end of the rotary shaft is pivotally connected to the inner shaft seat. The wine guide portion is disposed inside the second end of the main body and located at an outer end of the accommodating chamber. The wine guide portion includes an outer shaft seat for pivotally connecting an outer end of the rotary shaft and a plurality of wine guide holes.

In the seated position of the cap, the cap seals the open mouth of the bottle carried in the enclosure and forms an impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle. A stopper carried by the cap forms the impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle, and in the seated position of the cap, the cap is fully seated against the upper portion of the container and forms an impermeable outer seal between the cap and the container.

The components of the apparatus may be adjustable to allow for beverage containers of all shapes and sizes. The apparatus may stand on its own without spilling the beverages when not in use. The beverage containers may rest on an angled bracket to position the beverage spouts in close proximity to each other.
