ELASTOMERIC BAND FOR REMOVABLY ATTACHING A BOTTLE TO A VERTICAL SURFACE
An apparatus comprises an elongate band and a magnet assembly. The elongate band is formed of an elastomer and defines a back surface, a front surface, a loop at a first end, a hook at a second end, and an enclosure. The magnet assembly is at least partially enclosed within the enclosure. The apparatus provides a convenient means by which to removably attach a bottle to a vertical surface. The bottle may thereby be stored out-of-the-way while not in use, but easily accessed.
Protective bottle enclosure
A protective bottle enclosure for enclosing and sealing a bottle with an open mouth carried within the enclosure. The enclosure includes a container having an upper portion and a base removably coupled to the upper portion, and an external cap applicable to the container in a seated position of the cap. In the seated position of the cap, the cap seals the open mouth of the bottle carried in the enclosure and forms an impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle. A stopper carried by the cap forms the impermeable inner seal between the cap and the bottle, and in the seated position of the cap, the cap is fully seated against the upper portion of the container and forms an impermeable outer seal between the cap and the container.
BUOYANT HOLDER AND BUOYANT HOLDING SYSTEM
A buoyant holder and buoyant holding system are disclosed. The buoyant holder includes an inner portion, a plurality of outer portions extending outward from the inner portion along a common plane, each of the plurality of outer portions comprising two contiguous surfaces forming an acute angle, an upper surface spanning the inner portion and the plurality of outer portions, a lower surface spanning the inner portion and the plurality of outer portions, at least one aperture disposed between the upper surface and the lower surface and configured to support an object.
ADJUSTABLE LIQUID CONTAINER HOLDER
An adjustable liquid container holder and method comprising a set of components that may be used for holding various types and sizes of liquid containers with the ability to temporarily hang or mount the holder and still retrieve liquid through a hose. The container holder may be comprised of one or more frame parts that is height adjustable to snugly fit regardless of the size and height of the liquid containers. The spigot may be configured with a detachable retractable cord and reel so that the spigot may be automatically retracted in close proximity to the liquid container holder upon release of the spigot from a user's hand.
Bottle sleeve and mating bottle
A preferred sleeve for a bottle includes a floor and upwardly extending sidewalls, terminating in an upper rim which forms a shoulder extending partially over the interior space. A detent or detent form is provided along an upper rim, diametrically opposite the shoulder. One or more openings may be provided in the lower portion of the sleeve to facilitate removal of the bottle by tilting it away from the shoulder.
Beverage bottle insulating apparatus
A closure for a beverage container holder, comprising a unitary closure assembly, comprising an integral hole having a diameter, wherein the diameter is sufficient to passably dispose a neck of a beverage container bottle therethrough, and wherein the diameter is smaller than the diameter of the beverage container bottle, a resiliently compressible lining disposed about the inner circumference of the integral hole, a gripping area for a user's hand, and a lateral engaging surface constructed of a resiliently compressible material and capable of exerting a lateral engaging force against a lateral engaging surface for a beverage container holder when integrally positioned, wherein the lateral engaging surface is generally cylindrical, and wherein the lateral engaging surface is of a narrower diameter than the gripping area and a larger diameter than the integral hole.
Technical glacette
Technical glacette made of composite material, suitable for the refrigeration of a bottle containing beverages through a Phase Change Material injected into the cooling chamber of the glacette. The glacette is constituted by an outer casing that contains a removable refrigeration chamber to contain and refrigerate the bottle. The outer casing is open on one side or circumference to allow the reading of the label or bar code. The glacette is constituted also by a lower base integral to and united to the outer casing, which serves both as a base of support, and as light indication of the quantity of the beverage contained in the bottle. The lower base of the glacette also has a defined area which allows the 360 vision of the visual warning or change in color illumination when the beverage contained in the bottle varies due to the consumption of the beverage.
DECANTER AND AERATOR
A combination wine decanter and aerator system includes a base with an integrated and removable coaster. The decanter is received on the base to assist with stabilizing the decanter. The decanter includes an opening that removably receives the aerator. The aerator includes a deflector plate and an aerator body that cooperate to define at least a two-stage tortuous flow path through the aerator and into the decanter. The decanter may include a raised bottom surface that adds a third stage to the tortuous flow path and further aerates wine in the decanter. The aerator can be removed from the decanter and received on the removable coaster when not in use.
Wine bottle holder
A wine bottle holder includes a support device, a driving device and a connecting assembly. The support device configured to bear a wine bottle. The support device being formed thereon with a first mounting groove, and the first mounting groove being formed therein with a first through hole communicated with an inside of the support device. The driving device provided with a driving end, the driving device being arranged inside the support device. The connecting assembly arranged inside the first mounting groove, the driving end of the driving device passing through the first through hole to connect to one end of the connecting assembly, the driving end being capable of driving the connecting assembly to rotate, and another end of the connecting assembly being formed with an insert hole configured for a support column on a bottom of the wine bottle to insert.
