A transparent or translucent insert section that can be releasably attached to the sleeve body. The sleeve body can be made of a non-slip, elastic material, such as neoprene rubber. The insert section can be made of plastic, and can include a logo printed or engraved thereon. The apparatus can include a light emitting device that illuminates the transparent/translucent insert section.

A compartmented beverage koozie with a protective compartment that secures personal items while insulating a beverage includes a body defining a cylindrical interior that receives and maintains the temperature of the beverage. A curved plate forms a rigid mounting structure conforming to the cylindrical interior of the koozie. A water-resistant compartment forms an integral structure of the koozie. The water-resistant compartment receives and secures personal items in physical proximity to the koozie, while preventing or substantially reducing exposure of the personal items to water or other environmental effects. A water-resistant compartment pocket holds smaller personal items and a larger compartment for holds larger personal items. A transparent door shows the personal items protected within the water-resistant compartment. A door latch and gasket assembly establishes a water-resistant enclosure. The koozie is a foam structure preserving the thermal state of the beverage within the cylindrical interior. A D-ring permits single-attachment transport.

A modular container holder comprising a backing panel and a collapsible basket portion, the backing panel has a selectively attachable mounting panel assembly adapted to detachably secure the modular container holder to a vertical mounting surface, the basket portion projects forwardly from the backing panel and is adapted to receive and retain a container. The basket portion has a plurality of movable basket elements which allow the basket portion to be alternatively placed in an assembled state to receive the container, and a collapsed state which reduces the amount of space occupied by the modular container holder. A contiguous modular arrangement of multiple modular containers positioned in column or row configurations allows multiple containers to be stored, while the basket portion is tilted forwardly to prevent the obstruction of basket openings when the modular container holders are vertically stacked in the column configuration.

Shown is a beverage jar holder having means that can be mounted onto a wall or placed onto a flat surface. The jar is held within a cupholder-like niche, where it can be easily inserted and removed repeatedly. The base of the jar holder contains a speaker and a radio waves receiver. The receiver connects to a remote device which can broadcast music and other content through the speaker on the jar holder. The user can control volume and live tracks directly from the jar holder. A removable flap protects internal audio components from moisture. The audio control panel also contains a charging port for the onboard battery. The location of the charging port may differ from the control pad and the charging port may have a separate protective flap. This alternative configuration will further limit the possibility of water entry when the flap is moved out of place to adjust volume or switch soundtracks.

A lid is hingedly coupled to the can, and the lid is positionable between an open position and a closed position for opening and closing the can. A plurality of boxes is each of the boxes is removably coupled to the canister and each of the boxes can contain respective ones of eating utensils and food items. Each of the boxes is selectively coupled together when the boxes are not coupled to the canister.

The beverage holder may include a container having a first outer wall and a second inner wall and a sealed vacuum cavity formed between the first outer wall and second inner wall. The beverage holder may also include a fastening seal having an engagement portion configured to removably engage the container and a retention portion configured to engage a beverage container.
