RETAINING MEMBER AND INSULATING VESSEL INCORPORATING SAME
A retaining member and a vacuum-insulated vessel are disclosed. The retaining member includes a frustoconical body, a cylindrical skirt extending from the frustoconical body, and a deformable member extending along an inner surface of the frustoconical body. The deformable member may have multiple layers. An opening extends through the frustonical body, so that the neck of a bottle may pass therethrough. The vacuum-insulated vessel includes the aforementioned retaining member and a double-walled structure, and is able to receive and secure bottles having different heights and widths. The vacuum-insulated vessel also eliminates condensation from external surfaces of a bottle positioned therein, maintains the initial temperature of the bottle, and allows a user to pour from the bottle without having to remove the bottle from the vessel.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER HOLDER
A chair shaped device including an aperture for receiving and holding a beverage container.
BEVERAGE SYSTEMS AND KITS AND METHODS OF USING THE SAME
Beverage systems and kits and methods of using the same. A beverage system of the present disclosure includes a container configured to retain a beverage, the container having an outer wall and an internal threaded section above a non-threaded inner wall section; a threaded gasket having a threaded portion and an outer curved profile, the threaded portion configured to engage the internal threaded section of the container when coupled thereto; and a lid having an extension portion extending from a cover portion, the extension portion having a seal positioned thereon, the seal configured to engage the non-threaded inner wall section of the container when coupled thereto.
Beverage cover
A top insulator for a beverage container wherein the top insulator is configured to engage the beverage container. The top insulator being comprised of a thermally insulating material wherein said top insulator is configured to retain the beverage container at a selected temperature. A first surface, a second surface, and outer edge extends therebetween. The second surface has a well extending toward the second surface wherein the well is configured to accommodate a top end of the beverage container. The outer edge has a tab extending away therefrom.
Food cooler warmer
A can, bottle or other food product is placed inside a laminated cooler and/or warmer constructed of an inner liner surrounded by a thermal retentive slab surrounded by an optional insulation layer surrounded by a protective shell. Optionally an opening with integrated closure is provided to allow easier insertion of the food product into the interior. The gap space between the liner and food product is preferably minimized to allow thermal flow to or from slab to the food.
Insulated beverage holder with freezable gel layer for extended cold retention
An insulated beverage holder designed to maintain the cold temperature of canned or bottled beverages for an extended period. The holder features a double-walled construction with an inner freezable gel layer and an outer insulating Styrofoam layer. The gel layer can be frozen prior to use, creating a cold environment that prolongs the desired drinking temperature. Adjustable compression rings secure various container sizes. The holder includes a side handle, customizable outer wrap, and an alternate version with canvas straps and Velcro handle. Manufactured using readily available materials and methods, this invention provides a practical solution for maintaining the cold temperature of beverages during consumption, addressing the limitations of traditional koozies.
Insulating Container for a Beverage Bottle
An insulating container for a beverage bottle compromises a container lower body, a container upper body, and a swivelling carrying handle. The insulating container includes a hollow interior space sized to receive a longneck beverage bottle. The inner walls of the container lower body and the container upper body are lined with foam or other suitable material configured to provide protection and stability in the event of breakage and spillage especially when transporting the container. The inner liner of the container upper body includes an aperture sized to receive the top portion of the longneck beverage.
ARTICLE FOR USE AS SLEEVE OR COASTER WITH A BEVERAGE CONTAINER
An article that can be formed into a sleeve or a coaster for a beverage container. The article includes: (a) a first sheet that is at least sufficiently flexible to be wrapped around the cylindrical body of the beverage container to position an inner surface of an end portion of the first sheet adjacent an outer surface of a tab portion of the first sheet to form an overlapping area between the end portion and the tab portion; (b) a first adhesive on a first portion of an inner surface of the first sheet, wherein the first portion is at least partially within the overlapping area; and (c) a second adhesive on a second portion of the inner surface of the first sheet, wherein the second portion is at least partially outside the overlapping area, and wherein the first adhesive and the second adhesive can be the same or different.
Insulated Cup Holder
An insulated cup holder includes outer and inner walls separated by an empty volume, and a gap between a cup and the inner walls. A silicone ring at the top of the inner wall seals and holds the cup, and the inner walls are tapered to contact a base of the cup to seat the cup in the cup holder above an inner shell base, and the only contact between the inner shell and the cup walls is at the cup base.
Beverage bottle insulating apparatus
A closure for a beverage container holder, comprising a unitary closure assembly, comprising an integral hole having a diameter, wherein the diameter is sufficient to passably dispose a neck of a beverage container bottle therethrough, and wherein the diameter is smaller than the diameter of the beverage container bottle, a resiliently compressible lining disposed about the inner circumference of the integral hole, a gripping area for a user's hand, and a lateral engaging surface constructed of a resiliently compressible material and capable of exerting a lateral engaging force against a lateral engaging surface for a beverage container holder when integrally positioned, wherein the lateral engaging surface is generally cylindrical, and wherein the lateral engaging surface is of a narrower diameter than the gripping area and a larger diameter than the integral hole.
