Protective Placemat
A protective placemat for providing protection against injury against edges of a table. The protective placemat includes a platform. The protective placemat includes a bumper region positioned at one end of the platform. The protective placemat includes loops at the second end of the platform, opposite the bumper region. When the protective placemat is placed on top of the table, the bumper region is positioned over and across one edge of the table. This positioning provides safety to an individual at a table because instead of a person's head accidentally coming in contact with the edge of the table, the bumper region provides cushioning to prevent the individual from getting injured on the sharp edge of the table. The platform rolls up such that the loops encircle the rolled-up platform and secure the platform in a rolled-up configuration for easy transport.
SET OF A SELF-ADHESIVE MAT AND A VESSEL
The invention relates to a set comprising an, in particular, self-adhesive mat (1) and an object (11) such a vessel, for example, wherein the mat (1) is formed at least partially from an elastically deformable material and on a bottom side has a smooth surface (9), and wherein the object (11) can be releasably fastened to a top side of the mat (1) by means of a connection device, wherein the connection device comprises a receiving element and a connecting piece (14) interacting therewith, which element and piece are in particular embodied such that they can be plugged into one another. To ensure a connection that is unable to be released by a small child, it is provided according to the invention that the connection device is embodied to be lockable.
TETHER
In some embodiments, an elongated tether may comprise an anchor end, a retention end, and a stretchable elastic section configured to allow stretching along a length of an elongated tether. The retention end may comprise a plurality of retention apertures each characterized by a retention-aperture diameter, and a retention terminus characterized by a retention diameter that is greater than the retention-aperture diameter. The retention end may be configured to enable the retention terminus to be compressed and manipulated through a first or second retention aperture to form a compression fit and a loop of a first size and a loop of a second, larger size. The stretchable elastic section may be configured such that an overall length of the elongated tether does not exceed a maximum length when subjected to a given amount of stretching force.
Modular coffee and tea preparation tray
A beverage preparation apparatus that includes a main tray having a first compartment configured to provide a first containment area to store a utensil component, a second compartment configured to provide a second containment area to store a first beverage component, and a third compartment configured to provide a third containment area to store a second beverage component. The main tray includes a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a handle element. The beverage preparation apparatus also includes a first side tray for receiving a first beverage container and a second side tray for receiving a second beverage container. A first end of each side tray is configured to align flush against each sidewall. Additionally, each sidewall includes an outwardly extending semi-annular flange configured to rest above the first end of each side tray such that a gapless connection is formed between each side tray and each sidewall.
Reusable storage wrap and placemat
A container assembly which is especially adaptable to form a final presentation enclosure is constructed from a flat blank of material, optionally having fold lines delineating a bottom, side, and top wall portions which act in conjunction with one another to enclose a space. The side walls may be connectable by joining portions constituting bellows-type folding members. From flat, the container is constructed by folding. Joining members are folded inwardly thereby drawing up respective side walls to which they are attached. The top walls are formed so as to be exposed at the top of the container to allow securing of the top wall portions by any suitable means. There is also provided a variable volume container by means of the joining members which extend into the interior of the container. The joining members act to center and protect a smaller item within the container or can be completely moved to make available the total volume of the container.
FLEXIBLE MAT ANCHOR AND TETHER SYSTEM AND METHOD
In some embodiments, a method includes providing a flexible mat; wrapping the flexible mat around a crossbar of an infant or toddler seat; affixing at least two of a plurality of suction cups; providing a tether configured to secure an object; and coupling the tether to an anchor block by disposing an anchor terminus through an aperture, forming a compression fit. The flexible mat may have a mat body characterized by a front side, back side and thickness; and a plurality of anchors. Each anchor may include an anchor block having an aperture configured to receive a tether, and a suction cup. Each anchor may be disposed through the thickness, such that its anchor block is on the front side and its suction cup extends from the back side. The back side may be adjacent a surface of the crossbar. The method may include securing an object to the tether.
PLACEMAT ANCHOR AND TETHER SYSTEM
In some embodiments, a system comprises a mat body characterized by a front side, a back side and a thickness; a plurality of anchors, each anchor comprising an anchor block having an aperture characterized by an aperture diameter, a suction cup having a sealing surface and an outer surface, and a stem that is coaxial with the suction cup and connects the suction cup to the anchor block. Each anchor may be disposed through the thickness, such that its anchor block is on the front side and its suction cup extends from the back side. The system may further comprise an elongated tether that is removably coupleable to one of the plurality of anchors, and the elongated tether may comprise an anchor end having a generally spherical anchor terminus characterized by an anchor diameter that is greater than the aperture diameter.
Protective Articles
A protective article is disclosed including a sheet with a first surface, and at least one adhesive portion arranged on the first surface. The adhesive is a water-based adhesive, such as a water-based acrylic adhesive, that allows the sheet to be non-permanently adhered to an object. The adhesive may be sprayed, rolled, printed, or stamped onto the first surface.
Dining placemat with interchangeable tableware
A tableware system is provided that includes a placemat with non-integrated tableware. The placemat includes a substantially planar bottom surface that forms a partial vacuum when provided in contact with an underlying surface and a first fastening mechanism provided at a top surface of the placemat. The tableware includes a second fastening mechanism that corresponds to the first fastening mechanism, the second fastening mechanism being detachably coupled to the first fastening mechanism. A lid is provided that secures to the tableware and includes another first fastening mechanism provided at a top surface thereof. A lock is provided that fixedly secures the first fastening mechanism and the second fastening mechanism. The lock may include a release mechanism that disengages the lock upon application of a force thereto. Alternatively, the lock may be removable by a separate tool that disengages the lock to allow the tableware and the placemat to be detached.
