A tableware organizer for large group gatherings with holders for commonly used items for food service such as eating utensils, cups, plates, paper towels, and toothpicks. The organizer has a lid is attached to the base during transport or storage to prevent items from falling out of the organizer. The lid has a carrying handle at the top and finger inserts on the sides which allow it to be carried from the sides or the top. The holders are positioned on the base and shaped such that the items inside may be easily reached by children.

Disclosed herein is a modular cup holder tray assembly, which can include a tray and at least one handle operably coupled to the tray. The tray can include a base and sidewalls. The base can define a top surface and have more than one cup holder extending therethrough. The sidewalls can be substantially perpendicular to the base. At least two-tray coupling apertures can extend through a first sidewall. At least two-tray coupling protrusions can extend outward from a second sidewall, opposite the first sidewall. The at least two-tray coupling protrusions can be configured to engage the at least two-tray coupling apertures of a second tray. The at least one handle can have a first end removably coupled to a third sidewall and a second end removably coupled to a fourth sidewall, opposite the third sidewall.

A food portioning system to more accurately and/or quickly portion food served from a food container includes a support for a container and a bracket coupled with the support. The bracket includes a scrape bar positioned above the support to level food within a serving implement. The scrape bar can also be used as a handle to carry, insert, and/or remove the food container from a steam table. The scrape bar can be adjustable relative to the support to position the scrape bar at varying heights. Such food portioning systems can be used to support a food container within a food well or on a countertop.

An alcoholic beverage package, said package comprising a base member with a plurality of upper cover flap members integral to and hinged to the base member. A handle member is mounted to an outer surface of one of the upper cover flap members, the handle member being adapted to fit into a slot defined by an opposite flap member allowing the flap members to be secured together over the base member forming a chamber. A plurality of shot glasses are mounted inside the chamber and supported by the base member with the shot glasses being held in place within the chamber by an insert member mounted to the base member and engaging said shot glasses. Each of the shot glasses contains an alcoholic spirit and has a sealed removable lid. A second integral insert is secured to the base member and is provided with a plurality of spaced apertures which hold and space said shot glasses.

The base contains an arrangement of fins to help hold cups or containers, and may be used with a removable template or foam insert.

In an aspect of the invention, there is provided an apparatus for use with one or more beverage cups, a horizontal surface and a sloped automobile seating surface. The apparatus comprises a tray having an operative position and, for each of the beverage cups, a cup holder. The cup holders are adapted such that when the tray is disposed in the operative position and each beverage cup is received by a cup holder, the beverage cups project upwardly from the tray. A leg is operatively coupled to the tray, and has: an extended position whereat, when the tray is operatively disposed upon the sloped surface, the leg supports the tray in the operative position; and a storage position whereat, when the tray is operatively disposed upon the horizontal surface, at least one of the tray, and the tray in combination with the leg, supports the tray in the operative position.
