A clothes supporting apparatus is provided having a shaping member defining a flexible periphery for supporting an item of clothing. An adjustable mechanism is provided for selectively decreasing a transverse extent of the periphery, wherein the adjustable mechanism extends between joints on opposing portions of the periphery and causes the opposing portions of the periphery to flex towards each other when the adjustable mechanism is operated. The shaping member is elastically deformable causing the opposing portions of the periphery to return to an unflexed position when the adjustable mechanism is released.

Frequently used courses or configuration factors may be displayed in a course selection unit and a sub-course input unit, thereby shortening the time for operating the clothes treating apparatus.

A garment storage apparatus that comprises a hanger support frame and at least one hanger releasably resting on the hanger support frame; the hanger support frame comprising: an upper support, a lower support, a right support, a left support; with the upper support joining the top portion of the left and right supports and the lower support joining the bottom portions of the left and right supports; a first hanger hook on the left support and a corresponding first hanger hook on the right support, and a second hanger hook on the left support and a corresponding second hanger hook on the right support; the hanger comprising: a crown, and arms extending outwardly from the crown, with the crown having a horizontal length at least the same distance as the distance of the corresponding hanger hooks on the left and right supports so that the hanger can be removably placed on the corresponding hanger hooks.

A garment drying device particularly adapted for drying pants such as jeans, khakis, chinos, shorts, or other types of trousers. The garment drying device includes a spreader bar having a hanger retained thereto and the ends of the spreader bar are provided with arcuate surfaces and spring clips shaped so as to be juxtaposed to the arcuate surfaces for clipping to the opening of the pant legs with the result that the pants are hung to dry in an inverted position, promoting air flow for even drying of the pants, so that the wet weight of the material comprising the pants exerts constant downward force on the pants, minimizing shrinkage of the pants in the vertical dimension.

A through part having a size that is large enough for a hook for hanging of a hanger of the same kind to be inserted into the through part is formed at a central portion of the shoulder support to pass through the shoulder support upwards and downwards and an accommodation space for receiving at least a portion of the shoulder support of the hanger of the same kind is formed on an inner surface of the shoulder support. A plurality of uplifted parts are formed on an upper surface of the shoulder support.
