The hanger includes first and second coil springs. The first coil spring biasedly couples the pair of first clips to one another and the second coil spring biasedly couples the pair of second clips to one another. The first coil spring includes a first spring arm that is coupled to one first clip and a second spring arm that is coupled to the other first clip such that in an at rest state, the pair of first clips are in the closed position. The second coil spring includes a first spring arm that is coupled to one second clip and a second spring arm that is coupled to the other second clip such that in an at rest state, the pair of second clips are in the closed position.
