Shoehorn identification tag
A combination of identification tag and shoehorn which combine a device for helping put on shoes and identification indicia within the unitary tag. The device comprises of a smooth curved implement of a material of relatively thin dimensions that is inserted into a heel of a shoe to ease the foot into and make it slip on more easily and also of a carved space to attach a tag with a name and address of an individual. The carved space is allowing easy removal or insertion of an identification tag by the user under the carved transparent window.
Multi functional golf tool
The invention relates to a multi functional golf tool that can be used to address a variety of circumstances that commonly arise during a game of golf. The multi functional tool includes a rectangular body having a proximal end, a tapered distal end being opposite said proximal end, the rectangular body having an arcuate cross-section along its entire length. The invention includes a deburring surface for repairing golf ball scratches, a pair of tines for divot repair and to clean golf club face grooves, and areas for marketing indicia. The shape and configuration of the invention also permits it to be used as a shoe horn.

Foot entry-assisting topside shoe tab
A foot entry-assisting topside shoe tab improves a shoe wearer's foot entry by reducing uncomfortable friction between a shoe tongue and a dorsum of the shoe wearer's foot. In one embodiment, the foot entry-assisting topside shoe tab incorporates a shoe cup insert, a hinge attached to one side of the shoe cup insert, a hinge pivot that allows the shoe cup insert and the hinge to swing around the hinge pivot, and a pull string located near one end of the hinge pivot. In another embodiment, the foot entry-assisting topside shoe tab incorporates a shoe cup insert, a first hole, a second hole, and a looped pull string that loops around the first hole and the second hole. The foot entry-assisting topside shoe tab is side-insensitive and is nearly frictionless at a bottom side of the shoe tongue that otherwise rubs uncomfortably against the dorsum of a shoe wearer's foot.

Orthotic Removal Tool
A tool for removing orthotic inserts from inside of a shoe. The tool consists of a blade with a narrow tip for inserting between the edge of the orthotic and the inside of the shoe, a housing attached to the blade, the housing containing an LED light, a battery and an on/off switch to active the light, and a handle use for leverage to remove the orthotic. The handle is covered by a soft pliable rubberized grip made of a silica gel material.

Reacher assembly
A reacher assembly (20) combines a single shaft (22) presenting a guideway (30) and supporting a handle (40). A trigger (44) is spaced from the handle (40) and is connected to a closeable jaw (50) by a cable (56) disposed in the channel (38). A snare (66) presents a loop controlled by a slide (72) slidably supported in a slot (74) in the shaft (22) with the snare (66) and the cable (56) extending in parallel and side by side relationship with one another with the snare (66) in the guideway (30) of the shaft (22) and the cable (56) in the channel (38) for movement relative to each other in the shaft (22). A shoehorn (60) is slidably supported by a track (58) on the shaft (22). An incapacitated person may carry only one assembly (20) to perform multiple tasks.

MULTIPURPOSE WALKING DEVICE
A multipurpose walking device is disclosed comprising a shaft (4) and a handle (6), the handle (6) being moveable in relation to the shaft between a first securable position and a second securable position, in which movement of the handle (6) between the first securable position and the second securable position causes a shoehorn (20) to move from a first retained position to a second deployed position. The incorporation of the shoehorn (20) into the multipurpose walking device allows a user to assist themselves when putting on footwear, while substantially reducing bending, and then to walk away. Such a restoration of mobility to a user is highly advantageous.
