A lapel support comprises a grip, a loop and a coupling member. The lapel support is for use on a garment that is being supported by a hanger. The hanger comprises a clothes support structure and a rod for suspending the clothes support structure from a rod, for example in a closet. The grip grips the rod of the hanger and is coupled to the coupling member. The coupling member is also coupled to the loop, and maintains tension between the grip and the loop. The loop engages a button on a garment.

An apparatus for coupling and decoupling button and loop connections of a garment. The apparatus includes a longitudinally extending body member having a handle member extending from a first end and a pair of prongs extending from an oppositely disposed second end. One prong has a hook on its distal end and the other prong has an expanded end member on its distal end. The prongs are generally parallel with one another forming a gap therebetween such that upon insertion of the prongs into a loop, the prongs cooperate to open the loop and position the loop relative to a button such that rotation of the apparatus about an axis of rotation defined through the prongs proximate the hook and the expanded end causes the loop to be moved relative to the button, thereby coupling or decoupling the loop and the button.

An apparatus for coupling and decoupling button and loop connections of a garment. The apparatus includes a longitudinally extending body member having a handle member extending from a first end and a pair of prongs extending from an oppositely disposed second end. A tool assembly having a housing body with a top portion and a bottom portion. The tool assembly may have an axis defined by the housing body and extending through the top portion and the bottom portion, an opening defined in the housing and extending from an outer surface of the housing body towards the axis, a notch defined in the housing along the opening, and a module base having a collar. Wherein the module base is positionable within the opening and when the collar is at least partially positioned within the notch, the module base is at least partially positioned within the opening and restricted from moving axially along the axis relative to the housing body.
