A carpet tile includes a textile top member and a cushion mat that is coupled with the textile top member via a thermoplastic material. The textile top member includes carpet yarns and a backing that is coupled with the carpet yarns so that the backing structurally supports the carpet yarns. The cushion mat includes a polymeric material component having polymer fibers that are randomly oriented and entangled together and a scrim reinforcement that is disposed within the polymeric material component. The scrim reinforcement reinforces and stabilizes the polymeric material component and is entirely covered and concealed by the intermeshed polymer fibers.

Sleeping accessories such as mattress pads, mattress topper covers, and sheet savers are disclosed herein comprising integrated padded mesh material. Integrated padded mesh material, when used in the sleeping accessories, results in improved air flow for the user, which can reduce complications during sleep such as sudden infant death syndrome. The material may have one or multiple layers, and may include a moisture wicking fabric, allergy-blocking fabric, or water resistant fabric. Certain layers are padded to provide more comfort for the user and in some embodiments, the padded layer may be sloped to assist with reflux.

A breathable blanket may be made from a breathable mesh material to improve airflow through the blanket. The breathable blanket may include a multi-layer material having a combination of light-weight modal fabric and padding. Breathable padded mesh may also be used with the modal fabric. The padding may include a thin polyfill formed of adjacent, parallel rows. The blanket may be have a shape similar to an animal and include attachments, such as a stuffed polyfill head. Additionally, the blanket may include ornamental additions of satin to further convey the animal shape.

A reflective work mat for padding and illumination includes a pad having a width, a length, a thickness, a top side, and a bottom side. A reflective layer is continuously disposed on the top side of the pad. The reflective work mat is configured to be placed partially underneath a dark work space, such as an automobile undercarriage, with the reflective layer facing upwards to reflect light and illuminate the dark work space.

An apparatus and method for making same utilizing a breathable mesh material having a reduced suffocation resistance level for infant and toddler use. The breathable mesh material includes an inner and outer fabric that includes larger openings on the front substructure than on the back substructure and a pile substructure is integrated and extends between the front and back substructures allowing air to substantially move effectively therethrough.

A slide mat is presented. The slide mat is a thin and stylish protective support upon which a heavy and/or large kitchen countertop appliance such as a stand mixer are set upon, particularly a surface such as a countertop. The mat allows the appliance to be moved, or slid, over a surface with a minimum of physical effort. The mat is placed upon a surface of any type of material including but not limited to: stone, granite, quartz, synthetic material, laminated composite, wood, polished concrete, or the like. A dimensionally stable universal floor covering includes a tufted textile having stitches and a reinforcement layer of fibers and adhesive providing dimensional stability for the entire floor covering. The fibers and adhesive are mixed and then moved by an applicator towards the stitches. A slip path is formed to improve the movement of the fibers and adhesive. A releasable adhesive or gecko-like cover system is provided which also provides additional strength and stability and a releasable attachment of the universal floor covering to a supporting surface.
