Reconfigurable hanger
Method and systems are provided for a reconfigurable hanger for holding or hanging objects. In one example of the reconfigurable hanger, two portions that may be angled relative to one another may be connected by a hinge that provides a stopping point when the two portions form an obtuse angle relative to one another. The first portion may include a flexible pad to provide friction when in contact with a supporting surface and a hooked end may be arranged on the second portion to prevent an object from sliding off the reconfigurable hanger.
ARTICULATING HOOK APPARATUS FOR HANGING AN ARTICLE FROM A VARIETY OF STRUCTURES
An articulating hook apparatus for hanging an article from a structure includes a housing. The hook apparatus having connectors that extend from the housing. Each of the connectors including a plurality of links that connect pivotally to each other in series. The plurality of links having a starting link and a last link. The starting link connects to respective connectors. The last link connects to an articulating hook. The connectors operate between a retracted position and an extended position. The connectors retract and allow the plurality of links and the hooks to fold adjacent to the perimeter of the housing. The connectors enable both a J- and an S-shaped configuration.
Clamping support assembly
A clamping support assembly for suspending an object from a platform includes a clamp that is selectively manipulated. The clamp is biased into a closed position to engage a platform. A hook is coupled to the clamp. An object is selectively suspended from the clamp thereby facilitating the object to be suspended from the platform.
Hanger organizer
A hanger organizer has a hanger portion with a rod hook that suspends the hanger organizer from a closest rod. An extension from the rod hook extends to a coupler portion from which a first and second hanger retainer arm extends. The first and second hanger retainer arms extend in opposing direction and have a bend that leads to the arms for retaining the hanger loop ends. A hanger hook retainer which may be a receptacle extends out perpendicularly to the vertical axis of the hanger organizer for hooking a clothes hanger there around. A plurality of ties may be placed in the receptacle and used to synch around a plurality of hangers for return to the dry-cleaners.
Systems and methods for securing containers
An improved carrier for securely hanging containers with handles or slings in an accessible manner while providing anti-theft features which render removal of items more difficult by unauthorized person. One embodiment of the improved carrier is supported by an attached base, while another embodiment utilizes a table leg for support.
DEVICES FOR HANGING ITEMS FROM HORIZONTALLY-ORIENTED STRUCTURES, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
A hanger device structurally configured to couple at an edge of a horizontal support is disclosed and described, the hanger device including a hanger support including a horizontal top support having a planar undersurface structurally configured to rest on an upper surface of the horizontal support when in use and an edge extension extending downwardly from the top support and configured to abut an edge of the horizontal support. The hanger device can further include a lower hanger coupled to and extending downwardly from the edge extension, a lower hook coupled to the lower hanger and oriented to suspend a decorative item therefrom, and an engagement lock slidably coupled to the lower hanger and configured to contact a bottom surface of the horizontal support opposite the horizontal top support to secure the hanger device to the horizontal support.
A PORTABLE SUPPORTING DEVICE
A portable supporting device comprising a body portion (12a, 12b) and a clamp mechanism having two jaws (16, 24) with a variable distance therebetween. The first (16) of the two jaws (16, 24) is connected to the body section (12a, 12b) and the second (24) of the two jaws (16, 24) is connected to a stem (18) that is at least partially housed within the body section (12a, 12b). The stem (18) moves within the body section (12a, 12b) to adjust the distance between the two jaws (16, 24). The device further comprises a hook mechanism (26).
Magnetic purse hanger
An article for magnetically attaching a purse to a vertical magnetized surface such as a public restroom stall partition. The article includes enclosed magnet(s) joined to a clasp or ring, which is removably attached to a purse strap or purse hardware. Once attached to the purse, the article may be removably adhered to a magnetized surface.
SUPPORT DEVICE FOR AN ARTICLE
Cleaning handheld utensils become more popular and varied over time in performing functions in the house, specifically in the toilet room and the kitchen. These utensils are commonly left throughout the kitchen countertop area. In many cases, the cleaning utensils are disposed in or above a container filled with soap or dishwashing liquid. Further, awareness to cleaning level of the cleanings utensils rises, especially when mounted on central spaces such as the kitchen countertop. Many times, hence, the cleaning utensils are placed in the sink. The cleaning utensils are usually placed upon the countertop, consuming expensive real estate in the kitchen and leaving a sticky mess to be cleaned. Holders for those cleaning utensils are often connected using a mechanism to a wall or to the sink. The mechanisms make the holders hard to be moved from one room to another, or from one space in the kitchen to another. What is needed is a low cost, compact, and easy to install article support device that supports an article in the form of a cleaning utensil.
