Novel Mailbox and Control System Thereof
A mailbox and control system thereof includes a mailbox, and flip door provided thereon; a second drop slot is provided on the flip door, inside the mailbox is provided storage cavity for parcel storage; the flip door can be swung and open the storage cavity, wherein: on top of the storage cavity is provided a drop bucket, which is connected to the flip door by a transmission device, and by swinging the flip door it is possible to drive the drop bucket above the storage cavity. In the present invention, existing fixed drop slot structure is changed and by the swingable flip door, parcels can be put into the storage cavity by swinging the flip door until parcels are allowed in, meanwhile, the storage cavity is covered when the drop bucket is driven by the transmission mechanism, to limit parcels in, improve mailing safety.
REVOLVING CLUSTER MAILBOX AND CENTRAL PACKAGE DELIVERY SYSTEM
Present embodiments relate to a revolving mailbox cluster and central package delivery system. More specifically, without limitation, present embodiments relate to a revolving mailbox cluster that includes: substantially circular layers stacked vertically, where a second layer sits atop a first layer, and wherein each substantially circular layers includes: vertically opposed bottom top plates, divider plates perpendicular to the bottom and top plates, and a center ring, where the bottom and top plates, dividers, and center ring define individual mailbox units, each of which has an opening disposed opposite the center ring; a first motor for moving the substantially circular layers vertically; and a second motor for rotating the substantially circular layers.
MAILBOX WITH AN EXTENDED DOWNWARD SLOPING CHUTE
The present invention relates to a mailbox. The mailbox includes an extended downward sloping chute into and through which mail and packages destined for the mailbox's owner can be deposited. The length and orientation of the downward sloping chute makes it difficult if not impossible for the mailbox contents to be accessed and removed through the downward sloping chute. A locked door in the main portion of the box is provided to allow controlled and authorized access to the box's contents.

In one embodiment, a system and method are provided to securely receive a variety of different sizes and types of packages at one or more locations, including but not limited to on or adjacent a recipient's property. In another embodiment, the system and method allow a user to receive, store and/or return an item without exposing the item to loss, damage, spoilage or other events that would impair the value of the items. Methods of utilizing the systems described herein are also disclosed.

A Parcel Box that is mounted on the garage door of a residential home for package and mail delivery comprises an outer box having a front door with a lock and an inner box having a back door with a lock, an inner box that allows the parcel box to be extended in volume capacity to accommodate varying sizes of packages, a barcode reader for scanning a barcode that is affixed on the package for unlocking the front door, a processor that communicates with the barcode reader to determine that the barcode matches one of the stored codes in the processor's storage and the processor sends a command to unlock the front door then the processor communicates with the wireless network that sends a message to the user's cell phone that a package is delivered inside the parcel box, a security camera that records the activity around the parcel box, a security lights for illuminating the driveway during night time, and a slot for receiving mails.

The device may be comprised of two interior spaces. One for outgoing mail and packages, and one for incoming mail and packages. In one embodiment, both compartments have mail lids. In a different embodiment, only the incoming mail compartment has a mail lid. The device may be comprised of at least one motion sensor, at least one transmitter, and at least one battery. The motion sensors detect when mail has been delivered or received by the postal worker, and electrically communicates with the mobile application via the transmitter, thus providing a notification on the user's smart device. The mobile application allows a user to know precisely when their mail was delivered.
