Porch piracy parcel theft prevention system and method
A porch piracy parcel theft prevention system and method includes a delivery location apparatus configured for adaption to a building to receive a parcel, the delivery location apparatus including a sensor and a parcel locking mechanism. The sensor is configured to detect the presence of a delivered parcel placed into the line of sight of the parcel detecting sensor. The parcel locking mechanism is armed upon entry of a carrier code and disarmed upon entry of a user code. When armed, the parcel locking mechanism is configured to trigger an alarm when the parcel detected locking mechanism detects removal of the parcel from the line of sight of the parcel detecting sensor. When disarmed, the package may be removed from the line of sight of the parcel detecting sensor without tripping the alarm. Among other uses, helps prevent parcel theft from single family dwellings.
Parcel storage box
A parcel storage box (10) comprises a base (12), a side wall (14) and a roof (16) joined to form a box (18) and a parapet (28) provided on an upper surface of the roof (16), the parapet (28) enclosing a volume for planting plants. An opening (20) is provided in the side wall (14) and a door (22) is hinged to the side wall (14) to close the opening (20). A lock (24) is provided for locking the door (22). A barrier (42) is provided on the base (12), the barrier (42) having a front surface (44) for contacting a rear surface of the door (22) and an upper surface (46), the upper surface (46) being sloped relative to the base (12), the upper surface (46) being closer to the base (12) at a front edge of the barrier (42).

A parcel storage box (10) comprises a base (12), a side wall (14) and a roof (16) joined to form a box (18) and a parapet (28) provided on an upper surface of the roof (16), the parapet (28) enclosing a volume for planting plants. An opening (20) is provided in the side wall (14) and a door (22) is hinged to the side wall (14) to close the opening (20). A lock (24) is provided for locking the door (22). A barrier (42) is provided on the base (12), the barrier (42) having a front surface (44) for contacting a rear surface of the door (22) and an upper surface (46), the upper surface (46) being sloped relative to the base (12), the upper surface (46) being closer to the base (12) at a front edge of the barrier (42).

An antitheft parcel delivery door system for a facility including a door with a door opening; a weather resistant exterior cover attached to a first door face, moveably positioned over the opening; parcel drum support bracket, moveable arm and rotating parcel drum with parcel drum opening, and cam assembly revolving the rotating parcel drum in the door opening, the cam assembly rotating the parcel drum simultaneously while the weather resistant exterior cover is opened and closed, enabling the rotating parcel drum to receive a parcel then counter revolve in a second direction of rotation to deposit the parcel in a facility interior space; and a protective interior cover with opening attached to a second door face enabling a parcel to drop safely into the facility interior space while preventing unwanted facility access, theft of the parcel, human harm and animal harm from contact with the rotating parcel drum and the cam assembly.

The enclosure door may be selectively positional in opened and closed positions and selectively lockable in the closed position. At least one enclosure mount member may extend through the enclosure interior of the enclosure. At least one anchoring device may anchor the at least one enclosure mount member outside the enclosure interior of the enclosure. At least one enclosure mounting assembly may be disposed in the enclosure interior of the enclosure. The at least one enclosure mounting assembly may secure the enclosure to the at least one enclosure mount member. Theft-resistant enclosure installation methods are also disclosed.

Containment Unit For Facilitating Parcel Delivery By Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
A system for facilitating parcel delivery is provided. They system comprises a delivery platform mounted to a structure and positioned at a first height. The delivery platform comprises a delivery surface. The delivery surface has an elevated surface, and in some embodiments, a stationary surface. The elevated surface is capable of raising and lowering via a lift cable. Further, the elevated surface is capable of receiving a parcel from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) configured to transport and release the parcel. Upon receipt of the parcel, the elevated surface having the parcel is lowered to a second height that is less than the first height in which the delivery platform is positioned.
Containment Unit For Facilitating Parcel Delivery By Unmanned Aerial Vehicles
A system for facilitating parcel delivery is provided. They system comprises a delivery platform mounted to a structure and positioned at a first height. The delivery platform comprises a delivery surface. The delivery surface has an elevated surface, and in some embodiments, a stationary surface. The elevated surface is capable of raising and lowering via a lift cable. Further, the elevated surface is capable of receiving a parcel from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) configured to transport and release the parcel. Upon receipt of the parcel, the elevated surface having the parcel is lowered to a second height that is less than the first height in which the delivery platform is positioned.
Smart door with controllable access panel
A smart door control system for securely receiving a delivery item and controlling access between an interior space and an exterior space, the system comprising a smart door with an access opening and a movable access panel which selectively blocks or permits passage through the access opening. The smart door further has a control module adapted to receive delivery data identifying one or more authorized items, and a scanning device adapted to read a delivery identifier found on the delivery item. The smart door is adapted to reveal the access opening upon the delivery item being matched with one of the authorized items. The access panel is adapted to variably control the size of the access opening in proportion to the dimensions of the delivery item. The system further comprises a user device allowing a user to remotely receive status alerts from the smart door and issue user commands.
Expanding floor/ accordion drone docking station
Disclosed herein is a drone docking station for deposit of items/goods delivered by a drone to a secured receptacle. Items can be delivered to a receptacle at a curb, mailbox, post, porch, in-ground vault, and window to a multi-parcel receptacle with an expanding floor/accordion station that has a specific residential/commercial address with various optional features. Features include communication systems between the station and drone; security; hot and cold temperature control and preservation of the goods before and after delivery; battery charging and exchange station; a collector to identify explosive materials, anthrax, etc.; ultraviolet system to eradicate disease, virus and harmful materials; an ozone applicator to eradicate disease, virus and harmful materials; weather monitoring; tag and track of vehicles and packages; facial recognition camera and software for pets and humans; and local two-way speakers; LED lights that strobe flash, and a flood light.
