Visually-distinguishable paneled skirt
A visually-distinguishable paneled skirt is an apparatus that conceals undesirable objects, items, or surfaces such as a Christmas tree stand. The apparatus includes a plurality of panels and a plurality of fasteners. Each of the plurality of panels is connected to one another by the plurality of fasteners. This allows the user to interchange the plurality of panels as to best represent the current members of his or her family. Each of the plurality of panels is arranged with one another into an annular configuration. An opening allows the trunk of a Christmas tree to traverse through the apparatus. The apparatus may be converted into a tablecloth with a covering panel, which covers the opening. The circumference of the apparatus may be extended with an annular panel.
Christmas tree disposal bag
The Christmas tree disposal bag is configured for use with a Christmas tree. The Christmas tree disposal bag is configured for use as a tree skirt and as a containment structure. The Christmas tree disposal bag is disposable such that the Christmas tree disposal bag contains the Christmas tree and unwanted decorative items in a segregated fashion during disposal. The Christmas tree disposal bag comprises the containment structure, a plurality of compartments and a zipper. The containment structure is a hollow sheeting structure. The Christmas tree is stored within the hollow interior of the containment structure. The plurality of compartments comprises a plurality of pouches used to store decorative items intended for transport and storage with the Christmas tree. The zipper is a fastener that is intended to control access into the hollow interior of the containment structure.
Foldable Upright Tree Skirt
A foldable tree skirt to cover a tree stand for a tree or Christmas tree. The cover includes a plurality of enclosed pockets containing rigid panels therein, and an attachment device for attaching a first end of the cover with a second end of the cover. The cover with the enclosed panels within the pockets of the cover is foldable in a disassemble state. In an assembled state, the cover is releasably secured together to form a three-dimensional enclosure having a substantially continuous sidewall adapted to surround the tree stand of the Christmas tree. The plurality of poles with pole connectors are assembled to removably fit onto the top of the inside sidewall and onto the bottom inside sidewalls of the cover, so as to maintain the three-dimensional shape, i.e. cone shape. The cover can be a single piece that wrappers around the tree stand and/or fits around the tree trunk.
Christmas tree disposal casing
A Christmas tree disposal casing, having an upper end and a lower end, and a first panel and a second panel that each have an inner edge, an outer edge, an upper edge, and a lower edge. The casing has a flat configuration and also has a sleeve configuration for encasing a tree therein when the first panel is joined to the second panel at or near their outer edges. An expansion panel is affixed near and extends between the inner edges. The inner edges are selectively joined directly together along an expansion seam. When the expansion seam is opened, the expansion panel provides additional circumference to the casing for holding larger trees. The outer edge of the first panel is selectively joined to a secondary zipper edge on the second panel, located inwardly of the outer edge of the second panel, to reduce the circumference of the casing.

The cover can be a single piece that wrappers around the tree stand and/or fits around the tree trunk.
TREE NEEDLE CATCHER AND DISPOSAL APPARATUS
Apparatus is provided for catching falling leaves including needles from trees, and for enclosing trees for transport and disposal. The apparatus presented comprise a collar-style container for attachment to a tree's trunk, leaf or needle catcher material, clips or other components for securing the catcher material to the tree, which catcher material may surround the tree, and means to close the catcher material to enclose the tree. A user may use the apparatus to maintain a tidy space under and around a tree while the tree is present in the user's chosen place, and to keep the tree's leaves or needles from falling throughout the user's home while the tree is being removed. The present invention solves problems with the currently available means of keeping the area around a tree and the objects under the tree tidy, and with disposal of the tree.

Collapsible Rolling Tree Bag Article With Internal Support Panels
A collapsible rolling tree bag article with internal support panels comprises a flexible bag comprising an expanded volume to accommodate a faux Christmas tree within, wherein, the flexible bag may further comprise a contoured shape to accommodate the outline perimeter shape of the faux Christmas tree. The article may also comprise various handles to manipulate the article; and at least one of wheels/rollers to facilitate moving the article. The article further comprises internal support panels that fold/retract to allow the entire article to fold into a compact form for storage, packaging, marketing, distributing, shipping, and the like. Christmas tree bag
A Christmas tree bag is an apparatus which allows a user to easily carry and transport a Christmas tree and the like on a vehicle roof top while providing protection to a vehicles surface. The apparatus is comprised of a rectangular tarp like configuration that allows the user to enclose a Christmas tree within the tarp. The Christmas tree is placed on the tarp and the side edges are then brought together around the tree. The tree bag is secured around the Christmas tree with the attached straps. The outer surface includes a hand strap affixed for ease of carrying. The Christmas tree bag is then placed on a vehicle roof top and secured.
Christmas tree skirt device
The present invention relates to a novel Christmas tree skirt device. The device comprises a skirt component with a central, continuous opening. Further, the perimeter of the skirt component comprises a weighted perimeter ring. Additionally, weights can also be used along the exterior of the skirt component. The skirt component also comprises a plurality of embedded lights. The skirt component is radially split from the central, continuous opening to the perimeter to allow the skirt component to be placed around a base of a Christmas tree. Further, once in place around the base, hook and loop closures positioned along this split are used to secure the skirt component around the base of the tree. Thus, users apply the skirt component to the base of a Christmas tree to hide extension cords running to the tree, while adding to the overall holiday aesthetic.
