The present invention relates generally to the field of alcohol consumption monitoring. More specifically, the present invention relates to a consumption tracking beverage container which allows a user to track the amount of wine or alcohol that they consume over time from said container. Further, the container may be wirelessly paired to a mobile application on a smart device to allow the user to analyze his or her alcohol consumption trends and patterns over time.

An embodiment of a napkin assembly is disclosed. The napkin assembly includes a napkin ring base including an embedded base magnet, wherein a planar surface of the embedded base magnet is flush with a planar surface of the napkin ring base, and a ring topper including an embedded topper magnet, wherein a planar surface of the embedded topper magnet is flush with a planar surface of the ring topper, wherein the embedded base magnet is magnetically connected to the embedded topper magnet.

A personal article holder comprises an elongated body comprising a hollow interior and a first open end configured for allowing a personal article to be inserted into the hollow interior. The personal article holder comprises an attachment means configured to attach the personal article holder to a mobile device.

In a general aspect, an illumination assembly includes an article including a body having a first magnetic element with at least one electrically conductive surface. The illumination assembly also includes a light assembly including a housing, a second magnetic element, a light source, and a power source. A first terminal of the light source is electrically connected with a first terminal of the power source. The light assembly also includes a first electrical contact disposed on the housing and electrically coupled with a second terminal of the light source. The light assembly also includes a second electrical contact disposed on the housing and electrically coupled with a second terminal of the power source. Magnetically coupling the light assembly with the article, via the first magnetic element and the second magnetic element, electrically couples the first electrical contact with the second electrical contact to energize the light source.

A portable straw that is encased in a protective sleeve. The protective sleeve attaching to a connector sleeve that is fused with the surface of the straw and not to the straw sections themselves. The connector sleeve and the cap functions as a handhold to deploy and retract the straw without touching the surfaces of the straw that are submerged inside a cup or exposed to user's mouth. A convenient harness made of elastic band may be deployed along an arm of a user for holding the portable collapsible straw when not in use.

The present invention relates to a novel magnetic assembly often, but not exclusively, used as a drink coaster. A system provides behavior therapy by including separate compartments, where one compartment holds an object visibly positioned as a reward for clearing an objective. The system includes a first receptacle. A second receptacle is coupled to the first receptacle. The second receptacle includes a compartment for receiving the object. Access to the compartment in the second receptacle is obstructed by a wall of the first receptacle. The apparatus further includes a magnetic lock. Access to the compartment in the second receptacle is provided in the event the magnetic lock is opened. The system further includes a magnetic key including a third magnet. When the magnetic key is placed proximate to the magnetic lock, the third magnet displaces the first magnet from the magnetic attraction to the second magnet to open the magnetic lock.
