Smart Bottle
The invention discloses portable beverage vessel for storing beverage to be consumed by a human, having a beverage container in which the beverage is stored; and an electronic device having a vessel controller, a transmitter and a receiver, said vessel controller being adapted to communicate with a beverage dispenser by exchanging messages using the transmitter and receiver of the electronic device; wherein the vessel controller is adapted to send an identification message to the beverage dispenser, by which the beverage dispenser can identify the portable beverage vessel. The invention also discloses a communicating between the portable beverage vessel and a fluid dispenser and a personal electronic device.
Storage Container and Method for Holding a Consignment
A receiving container for keeping a consignment transferred to the receiving container by an unmanned flyable transporting device includes a slide extending between a beginning of the slide and an end of the slide and a plurality of receiving compartments, provided in the region of the end of the slide, for receiving the consignment. The slide is one or more of rotatable about the vertical, pivotable about the horizontal and adjustable in length between the beginning of the slide and the end of the slide in order to deliver the consignment obtained from the transporting device at the beginning of the slide into one of the plurality of receiving compartments at the end of the slide.
Container system and accessories
An improved reusable containers system having a first threaded means located on the top of the containers and a second threaded means located on the bottom of the container. The container has an opening on top. The bottom of the container can be either open or closed. The various accessories can be attached to the threaded means. The containers can be secured to one another to create various configurations. Further, there are various accessories which can be secured to the threaded means for special applications.
MEASURING DEVICE FOR MEASURING A VOLUME VARIATION OF LIQUID RECEIVED IN A BOTTLE
A measuring device for measuring a volume variation of liquid received in a bottle includes a bottle sleeve and a weight detecting module. A first accommodating space, a second accommodating space and a first opening are formed on the bottle sleeve. The first opening is communicated with the first accommodating space. The bottle sleeve is elastic. An inner diameter of at least one portion of the first accommodating space is less than an outer diameter of the bottle. The bottle sleeve holds the bottle when the bottle is inserted into the first accommodating space via the first opening. The weight detecting module is disposed inside the second accommodating space to measure weights of the bottle and the liquid at different time points and to determine the volume variation of the liquid according to a difference of the weights of the bottle and the liquid at different time points.
Package Storage Assembly
A package storage assembly includes a battery of lockers positioned in a public location to be accessible to delivery drivers and intended recipients. Each of the battery of lockers includes a door and a lock and a communication unit is integrated into the battery of lockers. The communication unit is in communication with the lock in the door associated with each of the battery of lockers. The communication unit receives a delivery command from an extrinsic communication network originating from a respective one of the plurality of personal electronic devices and the communication unit subsequently assigns a respective one of the battery of lockers to the respective personal electronic device. The communication unit communicates an unlock code via the extrinsic communication network to the respective personal electronic device when the communication unit receives the delivery command.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR SECURE LOCK BOX WITH NEAR PROXIMITY AWARENESS
Provided are a system and method for a secure lock box with near proximity awareness. The system includes a lock box housing defining at least one enclosable space for the receipt of a package, the lock box housing having a sealable aperture for accessing the enclosable space and an electronic lock structured and arranged to seal the aperture and enclose the space. The lock box housing further encloses a processor, a near proximity device structured and arranged to actively detect a Package Attribute from a package proximate to the lock box housing, a network component coupled to the processor, and non-volatile memory coupled to the processor having executable instructions to direct the operations of the near proximity device and the electronic lock. The system also includes a a scheduler structured and arranged to establish a schedule of delivery within the non-volatile memory including at least one Defined Characteristic for the operation of the electronic lock in response to the near proximity device detecting from a proximate package a Package Attribute corresponding to the Defined Characteristic. An associated method of use is also provided.
