Methods and Apparatus for Liquid Preservation
20210230520 · 2021-07-29 ·

Methods and apparatus for liquid preservation according to various aspects of the present invention may comprise a vessel and a displacer. The displacer may be disposed in an interior volume defined by an interior surface of the vessel. The displacer may change the volume of the interior volume. An aperture at an apex of the displacer or vessel may allow air to escape from the interior volume as the displacer decreases the volume of the interior volume. An at least partially transparent displacement indicator may be positioned atop the aperture.

A beverage aerator includes a housing, a pump-motor assembly, an uptake tube, and a spray nozzle. The housing is sized to removably seat on a neck of a decanting vessel. The pump-motor assembly is positioned within the housing, and has a pump inlet and a pump outlet. The uptake tube is fluidly coupled to the pump inlet upstream of the pump inlet. The uptake tube has a tube inlet end located below the housing. The spray nozzle is fluidly coupled to the pump outlet downstream of the pump outlet. The spray nozzle is located below the pump-motor assembly and oriented to have a laterally-outward discharge direction.

Dispenser for beverage bottle
10946348 · 2021-03-16 ·

A dispenser for dispensing a beverage from a beverage bottle, especially for dispensing wine from a wine bottle and facilitating the aeration of the dispensed wine while it is being poured to shorten the time normally devoted to breathing the wine. An open lesser end of the dispenser inserts into the neck of a wine bottle and preferably seals therein. A valve may be closed to temporarily preserve the wine in the bottle for later aeration while dispensing.

Beverage Aeration Apparatus
20200368697 · 2020-11-26 ·

A beverage aeration apparatus is used to generate air bubbles within a contained beverage, preferably wine, to enhance the overall visual appeal of the wine. The apparatus is also configured to improve the overall scent of the wine by providing contact with air, which stimulates the release of various fragrant tones contained within the wine. A pump connected to a hose provides a constant flow of air into the bottom of a wine glass, thus allowing that air to flow up through the wine and gather smells and scents contained within. The bubbles may be controlled to flow at different rhythms or rates to provide an interesting visual pattern for the user to observe. Furthermore, the apparatus may be configured to provide spray nozzles or tools to cause the wine to eject at various angles and pressures, thus providing a dazzling wine show within the wine glass.

WINE-DECANTING CUP STRUCTURE
20200229623 · 2020-07-23 ·

A wine-decanting cup structure includes a bottom wall, an annular wall, and a plurality of protruding ribs. The bottom wall, the annular wall, and the protruding ribs are made of polyethylene terephthalate. A bottom end of the annular wall is connected to the bottom wall to enclose a containing room for receiving wine. An outer diameter of the annular wall gradually increases and then gradually decreases from the bottom end of the annular wall to a top end of the annular wall. The protruding ribs are integrally formed on an inner periphery of the annular wall and spaced apart from each other. Each of the protruding ribs extends in a longitudinal direction and is bent toward a same direction.

The drinking glass as disclosed herein may include a beverage container having a lower base and an upwardly extending outer sidewall terminating in an upper rim having an open mouth of a size and shape for select pour-in reception of a beverage. A visual pour line may be integrally formed flush with a smooth interior surface of the sidewall and integrally formed flush with a smooth exterior surface of the sidewall and provide a visual indication of an amount of liquid within the dinking glass, e.g., 16 or 20 ounces. Moreover, a central projection may extend upwardly from the base and to an interior of the upwardly extending outer sidewall and cooperate therewith to form a generally recessed annular moat therebetween. Also, an aeration tab may extend from the central projection and be positioned to disrupt laminar flow of the beverage when poured into the drinking glass.
