The coupler system may further include a cover component, and the body may be formed with a central hole for receiving a fastener that secures the cover component to the top-cap component.

The toe end can be wedged between the head of the window framing and intrinsic support typically found adjacent the head of the window framing, like a tension rod or the like. This wedge supports the first and second hooks which protrude from the window framing space for hanging curtain rods therefrom.
