BACK PLATE ASSEMBLIES FOR HOME HARDWARE
A back plate assembly for home hardware is provided with a base and an attachment. The base includes at least one mount aperture and is adapted to be mounted to a support surface. The base defines a receptacle, a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole. The attachment includes a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position. Each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position.

Telescoping curtain rod finial assemblies
Finial end cap assemblies for telescoping curtain rods are disclosed. The finial assemblies include an outer finial cover and an inner finial base threadably mounted into each end of a curtain rod. A rotatable end pad is mounted on each finial base. The rods may include telescoping sections that are axially extendable from each other and lockable by a twisting motion. During installation on a support structure such as a window frame or shower stall, the finial cover, finial base and end of the curtain rod are fixed together by threaded engagement of the finial base with a threaded insert inside the end of the curtain rod, while the end pad is freely rotatable in order to maintain stationary contact with the support structure when the rod sections are twisted.

Dual-Mounted End Cap System And Locking System For An Adjustable Rod
There is provided a dual mount end cap system for mounting a rod. The dual mount end cap system includes both a threaded system and a fastener system. This enables end caps of the system to be pre-mounted using a fastener and also adjusted using the threaded system. The fastener can extend through the dual mount end cap system. Alternatively, the threaded system can be used without the fastener system. There also is provided a stop system to prevent a locking system for an adjustable rod system to prevent the locking system from becoming stuck.

EXTENDABLE LOCKING DRAPERY ROD
An extendable locking drapery rod including a drapery rod with a first pole defining a first pole interior; and a second pole, the second pole being insertable into the first pole interior; and a locking mechanism. The locking mechanism includes a base fixedly attached to an end of the second pole; a shoulder adjacent to the base and the end of the second pole; a neck adjacent to the shoulder having a diameter less than that of the shoulder and a neck center axis offset from a center axis of the second pole; a head with a diameter greater than that of the neck; and a clip lock. The clip lock includes a C-shaped clip adapted to rotatably fit around the neck. The neck and clip are sized so that the clip extends beyond the diameter of the shoulder and neck at all positions on the neck.

Deck curtain system and method of use
A deck curtain and mounting system using vertical posts attachable to a deck rail or decking to form a structure supporting curtains hung from cross members positioned between the vertical posts to surround or encompass a deck area. The method of shading or securing the privacy of a deck area includes attaching vertical posts to a rail cap of a deck structure surrounding a deck area and attaching rotatable horizontal connectors to the vertical posts so that cross members may be connected between the vertical posts for hanging privacy curtains from the cross members around the deck structure.
