Wheel carriage assemblies and related fabric deployment systems and methods are disclosed. A wheel carriage assembly comprising at least one wheel with ball bearings on the interior of each wheel, and a pivot point that allows for position independence, is configured with a hembar coupled to a piece of fabric to allow a surface of varying shape to be covered. The system provides the ability to cover both traditional window shapes as well as surfaces of irregular shape or inclined orientation, and reduces and evens the amount of wear on certain components to extend system life.

A first opening is at a downward facing side of the first channel. The first channel is for receiving a plurality of carriers. A support cross member spans the vertical members above the first channel. A decorative surface is positioned on a frontward facing side of the decorative mount. A lip is horizontally aligned along the rearward facing top edge of the mount. The lip is integral with top of the mount and configured such that the lip attaches directly to the ceiling such that the decorative surface faces frontward.

Each of sliders has a guiding groove and a positioning groove. A sliding block is disposed at an end of the positioning groove and enabling the slider to be mounted onto a guiding groove of an adjacent slider. Each slider is mounted onto one sliding slot of the first and second tracks. A last slider on the second track has at least two positioning blocks locking with an end of the second track. The sliders other than the last slider each has a pulley. The last slider on the first track has a crossing pulley slidably mounted in the sliding slot of the second track. The crossing pulley is disposed before a pulley of a first slider on the second track.
