Dual-mounted end cap system and locking system for an adjustable rod
There is provided a dual mount end cap system for mounting a rod. The dual mount end cap system includes both a threaded system and a fastener system. This enables end caps of the system to be pre-mounted using a fastener and also adjusted using the threaded system. The fastener can extend through the dual mount end cap system. Alternatively, the threaded system can be used without the fastener system. There also is provided a stop system to prevent a locking system for an adjustable rod system to prevent the locking system from becoming stuck.
Hangable Apparatus and Systems and Methods Therefor
A track hanger (100) includes a hook (103) and an extension (104), a base member (1160), and a key (403). The key is detachable from the hook, and the base member is detachable from the extension. The key can include a first major surface (401) and a second major surface (402). The first major surface can define one or more barbs (404) that facilitate one-way insertion of the key into a track (106).
Curtain rod support assembly
A support assembly is provided comprising a support portion, an anchoring portion and a receptacle portion configured to receive and secure an item to a wall. In some embodiments, the support assembly comprises a support portion having an upper end and a lower end, an anchoring portion having a penetration end and support end, a receptacle portion having a support end and a receptacle end, the penetration end of the anchoring portion comprising a sharpened tine whereby the anchoring portion may be forced into the wall without the need to drill a hole, and the receptacle end of the receptacle portion having a u-shape whereby the receptacle portion is configured to receive and retain a curtain rod. In some embodiments, anchoring portion comprises an arcuate member. In some embodiments, the anchoring portion comprises a straight member.

FLAT-MOUNTED CONNECTOR FOR PIPES
A flat-mounted connector that enables industry standard hooks on horizontal rods to rest at such a height as to provide uniform appearance to the top of drape walls. The flat-mounted connector provides a connection that affixes to a flat wall or surface and an affixed coupler for the drape rods to be affixed to a vertical surface. The connector has an upper region with a similar outside dimension as the body of the coupler. In an internal portion of the coupler, at least one hollow well opens vertically with at least one lateral notch or opening formed in upper region and designed to accept a terminal hook used on an end of a horizontally placed rod. An example connector includes two couplers affixed to the flat-mounted connection to accept additional terminal hooks.

CURTAIN BRACKET MOUNTING DEVICE
The present invention provides a temporary curtain rod bracket support. The apparatus of the present invention is operable to provide an even distribution of weight amongst the mounting member. Curtain rod brackets are often fastened to a surface with screws and/or nails; this method attaches a curtain rod bracket without damaging the mounting surface. The rod bracket takes use of joining materials which do not penetrate the mounting surface but are sufficient in their ability to support the weight of the bracket, rod, and curtains.

BACK PLATE ASSEMBLIES FOR HOME HARDWARE
A back plate assembly for home hardware is provided with a base and an attachment. The base includes at least one mount aperture and is adapted to be mounted to a support surface. The base defines a receptacle, a through-hole, a pair of grooves disposed at an outer edge of the through-hole, and a pair of ledges offset from an inner edge of the through-hole. The attachment includes a lock member with a pair of lock features and a connector member sized for insertion between the pair of ledges when the attachment is oriented in a first radial position. Each of the pair of lock features is positioned on the attachment for insertion within one of the grooves and the connector member is sized to rest upon the ledges when the connector member extends through the through-hole and the attachment is rotated to a second radial position.
