A retractable barrier system and method for inhibiting access to designated private and public areas both indoors and outdoor, including retail and warehouse aisles and the like, includes a flexible screen retractable and extensible from a rotatable rod coupled to a mounting member, the mounting member having an attachment mechanism for coupling with a receiving member such as storage rack assembly support post or bracket or the like.

A window shade system is presented that combines the benefits of roller shades with draperies. In one arrangement a fascia having a front plate and a bottom plate includes a track positioned in the forward lower end of the fascia. The fascia is configured to be attached to a plurality of brackets. One or more roller shades having roller shade material attached to a tube are connected to the brackets. A plurality of carriers are positioned in the track and one or more draperies are attached to the plurality of carriers in the track. This arrangement presents a dual functioning window shade wherein roller shade material may be opened and closed by raising and lowering the roller shade material by rotating the tube of the roller shades raised, and the drapery shade material may be opened and closed by sliding the drapery shade material along the length of the track.

A window shade system is presented that combines the benefits of roller shades with draperies. In the screening arrangement a screening device provided with end pieces is adapted to be mounted on mounting brackets (6). Locking means are provided on the end pieces and the mounting brackets for providing engagement, between these. The locking means include mutually cooperating female and male locking means, of which the mounting brackets (6) are provided with two female locking means (12, 14) to cooperate successively with one male locking means of the respective end piece, so that it is possible to provide engagement between each end piece and the respective mounting bracket in at least two positions including a first, temporary position and a second, terminal position on the mounting bracket, when the end pieces are moved with the screening device in the third direction from the point distant from the pane to the point proximate to the pane.

A mounting bracket having a base plate with a first set of apertures and a second set of apertures formed therein. A mounting plate couplable with one of the first set of apertures and the second set of apertures formed in the base plate. A bracket housing couplable with the base plate and having an inner surface and an outer surface. A retainer assembly coupled with the base plate and adjacent to and abuttingly engaged with the bracket housing.

A roller and an insert plate-assisted roller securing device are provided. The insert plate-assisted roller securing device includes a wheel-shaped cover, an outer cover, and a bracket. The outer cover has a supported portion with different widths in different directions, and the supported portion can be engaged in the bracket without separating from the bracket. As the outer cover can be coupled to the bracket along with the roller by a single person, installation of the roller is made easier and less time-consuming than before.

A window shade mounting system for use with a curtain wall structure comprising: a mounting plate secured to a building material and the mounting plate is disposed in a cavity defined by a curtain wall assembly, the building material, a fire block; a support plate removable carried by the mounting plate; a bracket attached to the mounting plate having a first end configured to bear against the mounting plate; a member included in the bracket wherein the member is configured to engage a roller window shade assembly and the member configured to limit rotation of at least a portion of the roller window shade assembly; a passage defined in the bracket for receiving a wire that travels from the cavity, through the passage and connects to a roller shade assembly motor included in the roller window shade assembly; and, a decorative plate attached to the support plate.

A window shade mounting system for use with a curtain wall structure comprising: a mounting plate secured to a building material and the mounting plate is disposed in a cavity defined by a curtain wall assembly, the building material, a fire block; a support plate removable carried by the mounting plate; a bracket attached to the mounting plate having a first end configured to bear against the mounting plate; a member included in the bracket wherein the member is configured to engage a roller window shade assembly and the member configured to limit rotation of at least a portion of the roller window shade assembly; a passage defined in the bracket for receiving a wire that travels from the cavity, through the passage and connects to a roller shade assembly motor included in the roller window shade assembly; and, a decorative plate attached to the support plate.

This disclosure is directed to a curtain carrier, having a frame (100), a hanging rod (200), a pressing block and an elastic member (400). The frame (100) is of an elongated shape, and the hanging rod (200) is accommodated in the frame (100). The pressing block (300) is arranged at one end of the frame (100), the pressing block (300) is disposed corresponding to one end of the hanging rod (200). The pressing block (300) is movable along a longitudinal direction of the hanging rod (200). The elastic member (400) is arranged on the frame (100) and compressible by the pressing block (300).

This disclosure is directed to a curtain carrier, having a frame (100), a hanging rod (200), a pressing block and an elastic member (400). The frame (100) is of an elongated shape, and the hanging rod (200) is accommodated in the frame (100). The pressing block (300) is arranged at one end of the frame (100), the pressing block (300) is disposed corresponding to one end of the hanging rod (200). The pressing block (300) is movable along a longitudinal direction of the hanging rod (200). The elastic member (400) is arranged on the frame (100) and compressible by the pressing block (300).
