An electronic curtain includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and an electrochromic element. At least one of the first electrode or the second electrode includes a plurality of conductive layers stacked and in contact with each other. The electrochromic element is sandwiched between the first electrode and the second electrode.

There is disclosed a curtain rod system including an inner rod and an outer rod for mounting at a window. The outer rod is mounted substantially parallel to the inner rod along the length thereof and spaced apart from the inner rod forming a gap therebetween. A first portion of a drape is anchored to the inner rod and a second portion of the drape is laid over the outer rod to span the gap between the inner and outer rods.

There is disclosed a curtain rod system including an inner rod and an outer rod for mounting at a window. A curtain assembly for hanging a shortened, lighter curtain from existing curtain ceiling tracks. The assembly uses adjustable height hangers to connect the commercially available track to existing curtain systems and a lightweight disposable curtain to hang therefrom. The brackets to attach the track to the room walls and one bracket allows for the vertical insertion of the curtain hooks onto the track. A quick load bracket gathers the curtain hooks for vertical installation through the brackets. The curtain can be installed simply and quickly by one person without a ladder.
