Cutter for cutting elongate foodstuffs
A cutter for cutting elongated foodstuff includes a frame, via which frame, the cutter is connected to a support surface or surfaces, and two cutting rollers connected to the frame in parallel in relation to each other at a distance apart. The cutting rollers include a plurality of circular cutting blades, and the cutter includes means for adjusting the distance between the cutting rollers by rotating the cutter or part of the cutter in relation to its support surface or surfaces. The means for adjusting the distance between cutting rollers includes a two-part frame, where the first roller is connected to the first frame part, and the second roller is connected to the second frame part. Further disclosed is an apparatus for producing elongated foodstuff equipped with such a cutter.

A vertical household noodle maker includes a base, a stirring container connected to the base, a stirring rod longitudinally arranged in the stirring container, an extrusion cylinder horizontally arranged at one side below the stirring container, a spiral rod arranged in the extrusion cylinder, an extrusion die and a control unit. The stirring rod includes a rod body and a stirring blade. The motor rotates the stirring rod and the spiral rod, and a feeding inlet in communication with the extrusion cylinder is provided at a bottom of the stirring container. An inner wall of the stirring container is provided with a cutting rod, and a projection of the cutting rod at least partially overlaps with a projection of the stirring blade in the horizontal direction when the stirring blade is driven by the motor to rotate to a position of the cutting rod.
Household noodle maker
A vertical household noodle maker includes a base, a stirring container connected to the base, a stirring rod longitudinally arranged in the stirring container, an extrusion cylinder horizontally arranged at one side below the stirring container, a spiral rod arranged in the extrusion cylinder, an extrusion die and a control unit. The stirring rod includes a rod body and a stirring blade. The motor rotates the stirring rod and the spiral rod, and a feeding inlet in communication with the extrusion cylinder is provided at a bottom of the stirring container. An inner wall of the stirring container is provided with a cutting rod, and a projection of the cutting rod at least partially overlaps with a projection of the stirring blade in the horizontal direction when the stirring blade is driven by the motor to rotate to a position of the cutting rod.

A method for producing elongate foodstuff, such as noodles and pasta, in which dough is mixed, and the mixed dough is compressed between pair of rollers (4, 4), wherein the mixed dough is fed between single pair of rollers (4, 4) for compression, and the dough passed between the pair of rollers is lead back between the pair of rollers with at least two belt conveyers (6, 7). Also disclosed is an apparatus (1) implementing such a method.
Apparatus for cutting out noodle
An apparatus for cutting out noodle can prevent damage to scraping teeth of a scraper and prevent noodle threads from being caught at a fixing position of the scraper. The apparatus includes a housing, a first roller having a first receiving portion, a second roller having a second receiving portion, a first scraper secured at a first fixing position and having first scraping teeth inserted in the first receiving portion, a second scraper having second scraping teeth, a third scraper secured at a second secured position and having third scraping teeth, and a fourth scraper having fourth scraping teeth. The first and third scrapers include first and second transfer holes, respectively. The first fixing position is located more outwardly in a horizontally outward direction than a second tooth tip, and the third fixing position is located more outwardly in the horizontally outward direction than a fourth tooth tip.
Apparatus for cutting out noodle

In one embodiment, a modular food ingredient roller apparatus is provided, the apparatus comprising: a plurality of central slats linked together to form a chain of central slats, each central slat comprising at least one connection mechanism wherein the connection mechanism of each central slat is configured to selectively and pivotally connect to the at least one connection mechanism of another central slat; a first end slat comprising at least one connection mechanism, wherein the connection mechanism is configured to selectively and pivotally connect to the at least one connection mechanism of a central slat; and a second end slat comprising at least one connection mechanism, wherein the at least one connection mechanism is configured to selectively and pivotally connect to the at least one connection mechanism of a central slat.

Provided are a noodle cutting device and a noodle production device that are capable of reducing or preventing adhesion between noodles (52a, 52b), particularly thick noodles. This noodle cutting device comprises: a pair of cutting blade rolls (10a, 10b) having a plurality of annular grooves (12a, 12b) arranged in parallel so as to face and mesh with each other; plate-shaped sections (24a, 24b) that extend along the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade rolls; scrapers (20a, 20b) having a plurality of protrusions (22a, 22b) on a long side of the plate-shaped sections and extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the long side, said scrapers being configured such that the each of the plurality of protrusions engage with the corresponding annular groove among the plurality of annular grooves in the cutting blade rolls and peels noodles that are in the plurality of annular grooves from the cutting blade rolls; and comb plates (30a, 30b) having a plurality of protrusions (32a, 32b) arranged displaced from the center of the plurality of annular grooves, along the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade rolls, and being arranged such that the plurality of protrusions are in contact with the noodles at a position at which the noodles are not in contact with the cutting blade rolls or the plurality of protrusions in the scrapers.

Provided are a noodle cutting device and a noodle production device that are capable of reducing or preventing adhesion between noodles (52a, 52b), particularly thick noodles. This noodle cutting device comprises: a pair of cutting blade rolls (10a, 10b) having a plurality of annular grooves (12a, 12b) arranged in parallel so as to face and mesh with each other; plate-shaped sections (24a, 24b) that extend along the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade rolls; scrapers (20a, 20b) having a plurality of protrusions (22a, 22b) on a long side of the plate-shaped sections and extending in a direction substantially orthogonal to the long side, said scrapers being configured such that the each of the plurality of protrusions engage with the corresponding annular groove among the plurality of annular grooves in the cutting blade rolls and peels noodles that are in the plurality of annular grooves from the cutting blade rolls; and comb plates (30a, 30b) having a plurality of protrusions (32a, 32b) arranged displaced from the center of the plurality of annular grooves, along the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade rolls, and being arranged such that the plurality of protrusions are in contact with the noodles at a position at which the noodles are not in contact with the cutting blade rolls or the plurality of protrusions in the scrapers.
Method for producing noodle strands with wavy cross-section
Provided is a method for producing noodle strands with which it is possible to reduce or prevent adhesion of wide noodle strands to each other. The method for producing noodle strands with a wavy cross-section comprises the preparation of a noodle strip and the cutting of the noodle strip into noodle strands using a cutting blade device. The cutting blade device has a pair of cutting blade rolls. The cutting blade rolls each have multiple circular grooves and multiple blades disposed alternately along the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade rolls, and are disposed so that the circular grooves of one cutting blade roll engage with the blades of the other cutting blade roll. The circular grooves of the cutting blade rolls each have two first groove sections near blades that are adjacent along the longitudinal direction of the cutting blade rolls and a second groove section between the two first groove sections that is deeper than the two first groove section. When the shortest distance between a first groove section of one cutting blade roll and the blade of the other cutting blade roll that faces said first groove section is D.sub.1, the thickness of the noodle strip is 2.0-2.7 times D.sub.1.
