Light guide plate, backlight module and display device
A light guide plate includes a main body, first stripe structures and second stripe structures. The main body has an optical surface, a light-incident surface and an opposite light-incident surface. The main body has a hole passing through the optical surface, and the optical surface has a first region and a second region which are separated by an imaginary line. The imaginary line intersects the hole. The hole has a first side near the opposite light-incident surface and a second side near the light-incident surface. A portion of each of the first stripe structures is disposed in the first region. The second stripe structures are disposed in the second region. An extending direction of at least one portion of each first stripe structure is vertical to the light-incident surface, and a portion of the second stripe structures extends to the first side of the hole near the opposite light-incident surface.
Locking mechanism and safety latch for multi-purpose apparatus
Locking mechanism and safety latch for multi-purpose apparatus. The apparatus includes at least a first tool and a second tool. Each tool can rotate between open position and closed position. The locking mechanism includes a rotatable elongated lever, connected perpendicularly to a locking bar. The mechanism is switchable among at least: a first position in which the mechanism holds or locks in place both the first tool and the second tool when they are in closed positions; a second position in which the mechanism holds or locks in place both the first tool and the second tool when the first tool is in open position and the second tool is in closed position; a third position in which the mechanism holds or locks in place both the first tool and the second tool when the first tool is in closed position and the second tool is in open position.
Shovel with modified cross-bracing reinforcement
A light-weight shovel for use in varied conditions, which include, for example, sand, soil, snow, gravel, and loose solids of varying kinds. A shovel blade is connected to a first end of a hollow shaft and a hollow handle is connected to a second end of the hollow shaft. In one embodiment, the front side of the shaft is smooth and the rear side is a hollow rectangular shaped channel with rounded edges extending substantially into the blade on the first end and completely into the D-shaped handle in the second end. The hollow channel is reinforced by geometrical structural inlays or ribbing that extends through the entirety of the shovel's handle, shaft, blade's stem, and at least partially into the blade itself. The shovel may be manufactured as a unitary piece in one contiguous design or as a set of interchangeable fitted or interlocking parts that may be coupled with varying components to permit the end user to modify the shovel's configuration to be better adapted for a variety of specific settings and circumstances. The resulting design is a lightweight shovel that provides improved structural strength, integrity, versatility, and maneuverability.

Multipurpose handle and workpiece attachment tool
A multipurpose handle and workpiece attachment tool (10, 12, 14) has a handle (16) and a workpiece (18). The handle has a grip portion (20) at a first end and a first attachment portion (22) at a second end. The workpiece has a second attachment portion (24) adapted to engage the first attachment portion of the handle. The first attachment portion has a sleeve (26) with an opening (30) which can receive the second attachment portion. The sleeve has a clip-lock aperture (32) and a cam-lock aperture (34), and there is a cam clamping lever (28) pivotally connected to the sleeve. The cam clamping lever has an eccentric cam surface (36) which can be moved into and out of the cam-lock aperture by operating the cam clamping lever. The second attachment portion has a first spring loaded button (38a, 38b, 42a) which is spring biased to move into the clip-lock aperture when the first and second attachment portions are engaged, and also has a cam engaging surface (40) against which the eccentric cam surface is pressed when the cam clamping lever is operated. In this way, the handle and the workpiece assume a locked configuration.
