A mower may have a frame, a cutting deck coupled to the frame, a side discharge opening on a lateral side of the cutting deck, a discharge chute coupled to the lateral side of the cutting deck, a mounting frame coupled proximate the discharge opening, the discharge chute movable between an extended position and a retracted position. A distal end of the discharge chute being spaced away from the side discharge opening in the extended position. The distal end of the discharge chute being positioned such that the top edge of the discharge chute is substantially parallel (e.g., +/−10 degrees) from the mounting frame.
LAWN MAINTENANCE MACHINE
The invention relates to a lawn maintenance machine comprising a container (10) and a movable wall (40), the movable wall (40) dividing the container (10) to a first storage (20) having a first length in a longitudinal direction, and a second storage (30) having a second length in the longitudinal direction, wherein the second storage (30) is placed rearward from the first storage (20), the lawn maintenance machine further comprising an actuator arrangement configured to move the movable wall (40) forward and backward in the longitudinal direction in order to increase and decrease, respectively, the volume of the second storage (30). The invention further relates to a method for taking care of a lawn or a turf. This invention further relates to a lawn maintenance method and a lawn maintenance system.
Lawnmower discharge accessories
A discharge accessory for a lawnmower includes an inlet end and a hook disposed at the inlet end. The hook defines a channel. A lever arm extends from the hook in a direction transverse to the channel, and a protrusion is disposed in the channel. The protrusion extends in a first direction transverse to the channel and to the lever arm, and the protrusion extends in a second direction transverse to the channel.
LAWN MOWER
A lawn mower may include: a cutter unit including a cutter configured to cut grass on a ground and a motor configured to drive the cutter; a handle unit attached to the cutter unit and configured to be gripped by an operator; a grass collection container attached to the handle unit and configured to collect the grass cut by the cutter; and a battery configured to supply electric power to the motor. In a side view of the lawn mower, the battery may be disposed on a same side as the cutter unit with respect to the handle unit.
Lawn care vehicle having a detachable conveyor joint
A conveyor joint assembly (600) is provided including a support ledge (501) operably coupled to and extending from a first sealing surface (602), a first side wall and second side wall (507) operably coupled to opposite ends of the support ledge (501), a receiver (504) operably coupled to the first sealing surface (602), and at least one protrusion (503) operably coupled to a second sealing surface (604). The second sealing surface (604) is configured to engage the support ledge (501) and the receiver (504) is configured to retain the at least one protrusion (503) causing the first sealing surface (602) to engage the second sealing surface (604).
Grass container swing mechanism
A grass mower includes a mower unit (8) provided on the traveling machine body (10), a grass container (4) provided on a rear portion of the traveling machine body (10) for storing cut grass from the mower unit (8), a rod lever unit (6) capable of undergoing displacement between a first operation position and a second operation position, and a swing mechanism (5) for swinging the grass container (4) between a cut grass storage position and a cut grass discharge position by utilizing operational displacement of the rod lever unit (6). The rod lever unit (6) includes a base rod (61) coupled to the swing mechanism (5), a grip rod (62) extending in a direction offset from an extending direction of the base rod (61), and a coupling portion (63) through which the base rod (61) and the grip rod (62) are coupled so as not to be capable of being rotated relative to each other.
Lawn care vehicle having a conveyor seal
A yard waste collection assembly comprising a yard waste collector (200) comprising a yard waste inlet, a conveyor (100) configured to receive yard waste at a receiving end of the conveyor (100) and discharge the yard waste at a discharge end of the conveyor (100), wherein the conveyor comprises a telescopic seal (102) configured to cover an outlet (103), at the discharge end, in a shut position when the conveyor (100) is not engaged with the yard waste collector (200), and wherein the telescopic seal (102) is further configured to slide along a longitudinal axis (L) of the conveyor (100) to an open position when the conveyor engages the yard waste collector (200) causing the outlet (103) to be uncovered.
