FISHING REEL SPOOL REMOVAL
A removable reel system includes a frame, a removable frame assembly, and a first spool. The first spool affixed to the frame when the removable frame assembly is coupled to the frame via a locking assembly disposed on the removable frame assembly. The first spool is removable from the frame by disengaging the locking assembly to uncouple the removable frame assembly from the frame. A second spool is attachable to the frame by engaging the locking assembly to couple the removable frame assembly to the frame.
Spinning reel
A spinning reel includes a reel body, a spool shaft moveably supported to the reel body in a front-rear direction with a reciprocal stroke distance (S), and a spool including a bobbin trunk, the bobbin trunk including an outer circumference around which a fishing line is capable of being wound, and a front flange extending radially outward from a front end of the bobbin trunk, and connected to the spool shaft. An outer diameter of the front flange is less than 60 mm, and a first value obtained by dividing a stroke distance of the spool shaft by a winding pitch of the fishing line is greater than or equal to 20.
Spinning reel
A spinning reel has a reel body, a spool shaft, a spool, a spool ring, and a drag knob. The spool ring is disposed on the external radial portion of a front flange of the spool. The drag knob is disposed in front of the spool shaft. As seen from the outside of the spool ring in the radial direction, an angle formed by a tangent line, which passes through a contact point between an external radial portion and a spherical boundary and which is tangent to the spherical boundary, and a straight line, which is orthogonal to the spool shaft and which passes through the contact point, is less than or equal to degrees. The drag knob is disposed inside the spherical boundary.
Fishing reel drag system
The present invention relates to a bevel washer including a body made of a wearable material; the bevel washer made of a wearable material forms part of a drag system for a fishing reel. In addition, the present invention relates to a drag mechanism for a fishing reel including bevel washers made of a wearable material; bevel washers made of a non-wearable material; and the bevel washer made of a wearable material and the bevel washers made of a non-wearable material are placed adjacent to each other.
Spinning reel
A spinning reel for casting a fishing line in a forward direction includes a reel body, a spool shaft, a pinion gear, a bushing and a bearing. The spool shaft is supported by the reel body so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction. The pinion gear has a tubular shape and an interior, the spool shaft penetrating through the interior. The bushing has a support portion supporting the spool shaft, and a housing portion that has a larger diameter than an inner diameter of the support portion and that is fixed to the reel body by press-fitting. The bearing is attached to the housing portion of the bushing and supporting the pinion gear.

Sound generating mechanism for a spinning reel
A sound generating mechanism for a spinning reel that generates sound by rotation of a spool relative to a spool shaft includes a first member, a second member, a pin member, a coil spring and a metal holding member. The first member is integrally rotatable with the spool, and has a plurality of concavo-convex portions arranged at intervals in a direction of rotation of the spool. The second member is rotationally fixed with respect to the spool shaft. The pin member is disposed to be capable of contacting the concavo-convex portions. The coil spring is configured to bias the pin member toward the concavo-convex portions. The metal holding member is attached to the second member and holding the coil spring.
Fishing reel
A fishing reel includes a reel body, a drive shaft, a handle, a one-way clutch, and a seal mechanism. The drive shaft is rotatably supported by the reel body. The handle includes a handle arm extending in a direction intersecting the drive shaft, and a handle-side accommodating part in which the drive shaft is partially accommodated. The one-way clutch is disposed in the handle-side accommodating part and transmits only rotation of the handle in the fishing line winding direction to the drive shaft. The seal mechanism prevents water from entering the handle-side accommodating part from the outside.
FISHING LINE SPOOLER
A fishing line spooler configured to engage a shaft of a fishing rod. The fishing line spooler includes a clamp selectively securable to the shaft of the fishing rod and a mounting shaft. The mounting shaft receives a fishing line supply spool along its length. The supply spool is configured to rotate around the mounting shaft. The mounting shaft is selectively mountable to the clamp in a first orientation or a second orientation. In the first orientation, the mounting shaft is secured to the clamp parallel to the longitudinal axis of the fishing rod and feeds a spinning reel. In the second orientation, the mounting shaft is secured to the clamp perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the fishing rod and feeds a casting reel.
Open face fishing reel with quick-release spool
An open face fishing reel utilizes a quick-release spool device having a modular reel component that facilitates the interchanging of fishing line while the reel is still secured within the fishing reel housing and crank mechanism. The device is configured to be removably replaced with a different spool having a new unit of fishing line secured thereabout.
