DUAL-BEARING REEL
A dual-bearing reel includes a reel body, a spool shaft, an operating member, and a cam mechanism. The reel body includes a frame, a cover member disposed on one side of the frame, and a shaft support part fixed inside the cover member and supported by the frame. One end of the spool shaft is supported by the shaft support part. The operating member is integrally movable with the shaft support part in the axial direction and rotatably mounted on the shaft support part to rotate between a first position where the shaft support part is attached to the frame and a second position where the shaft support part is detached from the frame. The cam mechanism moves the shaft support part in the axial direction in accordance with the rotation of the operating member such that the shaft support part is attached to and detached from the frame.
DUAL-BEARING REEL
A dual-bearing reel is disclosed. The dual-bearing reel is configured to release a fishing line forward and includes a reel body, a clutch operating member, a clutch plate, and a fixing member. The clutch operating member is supported on the reel body movably in the up-down direction. The clutch plate is rotatably supported by the reel body and includes an extending portion extending in the axial direction and fixed to the clutch operating member to be integrally movable therewith, and a through hole in the extending portion. The fixing member fixes the clutch operating member to the extending portion via the through hole of the clutch plate. The through hole has a clearance with respect to the fixing member in the axial direction.
Dual-bearing reel
A frame has a first side plate, a second side plate, a level winding guard, and a mounting portion. The first side plate, the second side plate, the level winding guard, and the mounting portion are formed of a single member. The first side plate has a thick portion and a through hole. The thick portion is formed in front of a spool on an inside surface of the first side plate. The through hole penetrates the thick portion in an axial direction. In addition, the through hole has an inner diameter larger than an outer diameter of the guide member.
Dual-bearing reel
A dual-bearing reel includes spool support detachably coupled on a side of a reel body and rotatably supports a spool shaft. A cover is supported by the spool support to advance and retract between a proximate position for approaching and covering the spool support and a separated position that is separated in an axial direction. A lock engages the cover in the proximate position. First and second connecting parts support the cover on the spool support portion to be pivotable in a first direction, from a covering position in which the cover covers the spool support to an operating position in which the spool support can be attached and detached, and in an opposite second direction into an open position. In the operating position, the cover conceals a fastener fastening the first connecting part to the spool support, and, in the open position, exposes the fastener.
Fishing reel having easily attachable and detachable front cover
A fishing reel having an easily attachable and detachable front cover. The fishing reel includes a body frame having first and second connecting portions on both side portions, a gear-side, first side cover connected to the first connecting portion, a palm-side, second side cover connected to the second connecting portion, and a front cover connected to the front portion of the body frame to protect a level wind. The front cover is bolt-coupled to a front end portion of the first connecting portion using a first bolt member, the first bolt member being coupled to the front cover while extending inward from an outer surface of the first side cover, such that a head portion of the first bolt member is exposed from the first side cover. The front cover is easily detached and attached using the first bolt member without complete detachment of the first side cover.
Fishing reel
Provided is a fishing reel having a downward-rotation locking type side cover in which the portion where a frame and a side cover are in contact with each other is curved; a protruding portion and a recessed portion that are smoothly connected to each other are formed respectively at a first edge of the frame and a second edge of a palm-side first side cover to prevent injuries in use due to the a pointed end of the frame; the internal angle of a first corner connecting the upper inclined surface and the outer side of the protruding portion is an obtuse angle; and the first side cover can be locked by rotating downward the front end of the first side cover after the first side cover is coupled to a mount with the protruding portion under the recessed portion.
FISHING REEL HAVING LOCK LEVER FOR OPENING AND CLOSING PALM-SIDE FIRST SIDE COVER
A fishing reel having a lock lever for opening and closing a palm-side first side cover on a side of a frame opposite to a handle. The first side cover is easily and quickly opened with one hand without risk of losing the cover, and the lock lever is automatically locked because the lock lever is recovered automatically by an elastic body. The fishing reel includes: a stop bar projecting from a palm-side mount of a frame; and a lock lever which includes a body shafted to an inner-side surface of the first side cover to be rotatable, a locking projection connected to the body to be turned together with the body when the body is rotated and blocked by the stop bar when the first side cover is closed, and an opening portion projecting from the body to be exposed outside the first side cover and rotating the body.
Double bearing reel
One object is to provide a double bearing reel capable of visually and accurately determining a releasable state of an opening/closing mechanism for releasing a frame by cover plates, the opening/closing mechanism being prevented from causing tangling of a fishing line. The double bearing reel has an opening/closing mechanism for enabling a cover plate on an opposite side to a handle to be opened/closed with respect to a frame. Said opening/closing mechanism includes an operation member for switching between a releasable state where the frame is releasable by the cover plate and a closed locked state where the frame is closed by the cover plate and an indication portion for indicating the releasable state. In tandem with a switching operation, the indication portion is exposed outside of a side plate in the releasable state and retracted inside of the side plate in the closed locked state.
Fly Reel with Tool Free Channel Locking Drag System
A fly-fishing reel comprised of a spool assembly, frame assembly, and drag knob assembly, wherein the drag knob assembly may be removed without the use of tools in order to access the drag components and is attached without the use of fasteners. Drag components are contained between the frame and drag knob assemblies and are accessed by removing the drag knob assembly via a channel locking system. Accessing the drag components allows the user to switch the direction of retrieve and allows a secondary means of altering the range and characteristics of the drag settings. The drag system is sealed via two points on each open end of the drag housing portion of the frame, allowing for minimal maintenance and increased reliability of the drag system.
FISHING REEL HAVING EASILY ATTACHABLE AND DETACHABLE FRONT COVER
A fishing reel having an easily attachable and detachable front cover. The fishing reel includes a body frame having first and second connecting portions on both side portions, a gear-side, first side cover connected to the first connecting portion, a palm-side, second side cover connected to the second connecting portion, and a front cover connected to the front portion of the body frame to protect a lever wind.
