An article having utility in the event of foul weather includes a cape or robe integrally attached to an elongate pouch that is adapted to be conveniently and comfortably worn along a back portion of a neck of a person. The pouch includes a fabric strap extending from each of opposite ends of the elongate pouch, which are joinable at a front of the neck of a person. The pouch has an opening and a closure for selectively deploying or stowing the cape or robe.

A combination pillow and clothing article is configurable between a first configuration and a second configuration. The combination pillow and clothing article includes a first pillow portion, a second pillow portion, and a jumpsuit. The first pillow portion includes a cavity. The second pillow portion is detachably coupled to the first pillow portion. The jumpsuit is coupled to each of the first pillow portion and the second pillow portion. Aspects herein are directed to a stowable garment system that allows for quick deployment and donning of an upper-body garment that is stowed within a pouch located on the front of a belt structure configured to encircle the waist of a wearer. The garment comprises at least a front section and a back section, where a portion of the front section is attached to the pouch. The garment further comprises a first tab extending from a bottom margin at a first side of the back section and a second tab extending from the bottom margin at a second opposite side of the back section. When stowed within the pouch, the tabs extend through one or more openings in the pouch. The wearer may exert tension on the tabs to actuate a quick-release mechanism causing the pouch to open, and enabling the garment to be deployed and donned.

Aspects herein are directed to an all-weather garment that includes a set of features that can be adjusted or manipulated to provide varying levels of warmth and/or protection from the elements enabling the garment to be worn over a wide range of weather and/or temperature conditions. In one example aspect, the garment may include one or more removable thermal insulation inserts. The inserts may be positioned within pockets positioned on the inner-facing surface of the garment when additional warmth and/or insulation is needed. When no longer needed, the inserts can be removed, folded, and stowed within, for instance, a detachable pocket structure located on the garment until needed again.
