Insulative rescue cap containing emergency response procedures
The present invention relates generally to a device and a method that maintains an individual's body temperature during exposure to cold conditions or cold water and, more specifically, to an insulative rescue cap that clearly provides instructions and teachings of how to correctly perform emergency medical procedures, namely CPR. The cap is contoured to the individual's head.

RETRACTABLE HEADGEAR
A retractable headgear for covering a user contact surface includes a substantially hemispherical crown (SHC), a channel, a retractable visor, and a locking element. The substantially hemispherical crown includes an outer surface and an inner surface. The inner surface is proximal to the user contact surface. The channel extends from the inner surface of the SHC. The channel extends from a rear section of the SHC to a periphery of the retractable visor of the retractable headgear for accommodating a drawstring. The retractable visor extends from a front section of the SHC. The locking element is positioned at the rear section of the SHC and locks the drawstring. The retractable visor retracts from an extended position to a retracted position when the drawstring is pulled and extends from the retracted position to the extended position when the drawstring is released from the locking element.
RETRACTABLE HEADGEAR
A retractable headgear for covering a user contact surface includes a substantially hemispherical crown (SHC), a channel, a retractable visor, and a locking element. The substantially hemispherical crown includes an outer surface and an inner surface. The inner surface is proximal to the user contact surface. The channel extends from the inner surface of the SHC. The channel extends from a rear section of the SHC to a periphery of the retractable visor of the retractable headgear for accommodating a drawstring. The retractable visor extends from a front section of the SHC. The locking element is positioned at the rear section of the SHC and locks the drawstring. The retractable visor retracts from an extended position to a retracted position when the drawstring is pulled and extends from the retracted position to the extended position when the drawstring is released from the locking element.
SWIM CAP
A swim cap and a method for producing the same is disclosed. A lower portion of the swim cap is shaped as a band, and an upper portion is dome shaped. Stitching joins the lower portion to the upper portion along a horizontal seam. At least two pieces of the lower portion, and a first and second piece of the upper portion, are joined to one another with stitching along a first vertical seam. The second and a third piece of the upper portion are joined to one another with stitching along a second vertical seam. The lower and upper portions are comprised of a substantially waterproof material.
SWIM CAP
A swim cap and a method for producing the same is disclosed. A lower portion of the swim cap is shaped as a band, and an upper portion is dome shaped. Stitching joins the lower portion to the upper portion along a horizontal seam. At least two pieces of the lower portion, and a first and second piece of the upper portion, are joined to one another with stitching along a first vertical seam. The second and a third piece of the upper portion are joined to one another with stitching along a second vertical seam. The lower and upper portions are comprised of a substantially waterproof material.
NOISE REDUCING WATER RESISTANT HEADPIECE
A covering apparatus having a unitary material. The unitary material has a grip disposed around the interior perimeter of the material. The grip is fused to the material wherein the grip enables the material to provide a water tight seal and wherein the material is covering an object without slipping and sliding off the object. The material has an elastic member which is enclosed in the material which is located in the rear of the covering apparatus.
