Harness system with a buckle restraining function
A harness system includes an upper buckle, an upper strap and a restraining assembly including an anti-sliding structure and a beam structure. A through slot is formed on the upper buckle. The upper strap passes through the through slot. The beam structure is slidably disposed on the upper buckle. The anti-sliding structure is disposed on at least one of the beam structure and a wall of the through slot. The upper strap is engaged by the anti-sliding structure for restraining a sliding movement of the upper buckle relative to the upper strap and toward a shoulder portion when the upper strap is forced to drive the beam structure to slide relative to the upper buckle and toward the wall of the through slot.
MULTIPLE-UTILITY RELEASE BUCKLE
Multiple-utility release buckles used in passive restraint systems for human occupants of vehicles. These types of buckles are typically useful in one embodiment, as a buckle for a safety harness that is commonly used in racing gear, such as automobile racing.
MAGNETIC BUCKLE ASSEMBLY
A magnetic buckle assembly includes first buckle component, a second buckle component for mating with the first buckle component, a switch movably disposed on the second buckle component, an operating component slidably disposed on the second buckle component and for driving the switch to move. The first magnetic component, a first magnetic component disposed on the first buckle component, a second magnetic component disposed on the switch and for magnetically attracting or repelling the first magnetic component, and a latch movably disposed on the second buckle component and for engaging with the first buckle component. The latch moves along with sliding movement of the operating component. The operating component drives the switch to move to change a direction of a magnetic force of the second magnetic component acting on the first magnetic component when the operating component is operated to slide to disengage the latch from the first buckle component.
Closure Device That is Secured When Loaded
Provided is a closure device including a first closure part that includes a locking element, a force transmission element operatively connected to the locking element, which can be loaded along a force direction, and an actuating element movable relative to the locking element, and a second closure part that includes an engagement element. The locking element and the engagement element can be attached to each other for connecting the first closure part and the second closure part to each other and are connected to each other in a closed position. In the closed position, when the force transmission element is loaded along the force direction, the locking element is loaded in a locking direction towards contact with the engagement element by the action of force of the force transmission element. The actuating element can be actuated in order to adjust the locking element against the locking direction.
Latch assembly
A latch assembly having a latch buckle and a latch tongue. The latch buckle includes: a buckle housing; a first lateral aperture disposed along a first side of the buckle housing; a second lateral aperture disposed along a second side of the buckle housing; a pair of h-shaped levers, each pivotally coupled to an interior of the buckle housing; a spring ring disposed between the pair of h-shaped levers; a pair of springs, each spring being coupled to an interior of the buckle housing and an h-shaped lever; and a buckle aperture disposed along a top of the buckle housing and between the pair of h-shaped levers. The latch tongue includes: a tongue plate; a plate spacer, coupled to the tongue plate; and a latch flange, coupled to the plate spacer, configured to be received by the buckle aperture. The latch tongue is selectably coupled to the latch base.
BELT BUCKLE
A buckle according to the present invention has two opposing ends that are removably attached to each other using a locking system. On one end of the buckle, the locking system includes two opposing locking pins coupled to a spring that is fully enclosed and protected from external elements. On the other end, corresponding rivets or pin casings with plungers are operable to receive the locking pins and lock the two ends together or push the pins out of the casings to release the buckle. The buckle may also include a plug that is removably attached to the adjustable loop end and allows the central bar of the adjustable loop end to be removed without deforming the central bar. Alternatively, each end of the buckle may include self-aligning tabs that guide the ends of the buckle for fastening and aid in the stability of the buckle.
Belt deflector
A belt deflector having a main element which is fastenable to a vehicle structure, and a belt contact element which is movable in relation to the main element and forms a belt contact face or belt contact edge for a seat belt that is to be deflected. The belt deflector has a deformable intermediate element which, during movement of the belt contact element relative to the main element in the direction of the intermediate element, is deformed and is pressed against the seat belt. The belt contact element forms a mating clamping face, and a belt strap portion of the seat belt is arranged between the intermediate element and the mating clamping face. During the relative movement, the intermediate element presses the belt strap portion onto the mating clamping face.
Side release buckle
Disclosed is a buckle assembly having a female buckle component and a male buckle component. The male buckle component configured to mate with the female buckle component and comprising a main body, a mating guide beam, and one or more lateral arms coupled to the main body and configured to deflect about pivot points. Each lateral arm having a distal end configured to engage said female buckle component via a latching ledge of a button. Each lateral arm is shaped to define an effective length between the latching ledge and the pivot point that is greater than a linear distance between the latching ledge and the pivot point.
Magnetic buckle
A buckle assembly has a first buckle portion, a second buckle portion and a locking lid. The first and second buckle portions have magnets that attract each other. The locking lid is connected to the first buckle portion and has a sliding element, a spring connected to the siding element, a pivot axle for connecting the locking lid to the first buckle portion, and front and rear attachment elements. The second buckle portion has engagement flanges for engaging the front and rear attachment elements. The first and second buckle portions are connected together by placing the first and second buckle portions together so that the magnets attract each other, sliding the sliding element against a force of the spring until the attachment elements engage the engagement flanges, and then releasing the sliding element to return the spring to a resting position.
Connector, electronic apparatus, wearable apparatus and assembly method
The present disclosure may provide a connector, an electronic apparatus, a wearable apparatus and an assembly method. The connector may include: a main body and a mating member connected to the main body. An inclined face may be provided on one end of the mating member away from the main body, and a recess may be defined between the inclined face and the main body. The mating member may be configured to be inserted into a mating site of the electronic apparatus; the inclined face may be configured to push an engaging member of the electronic apparatus to move on the inclined face while the mating member is being inserted into the mating site; when the mating member is inserted into the mating site and arrives at a predefined location, the engaging member may be restored and accommodated in the recess to engage with the connector.
