Slide fastener joined to flexible material
Slide fastener coupled to flexible member includes: a pair of fastener stringers, each of the fastener stringers having a fastener tape provided with a first side-edge portion and a second side-edge portion which extend in an elongation direction of the fastener tape, and a fastener element provided on the first side-edge portion side; and one or more sliders for opening and closing the pair of fastener stringers. The fastener tape includes a first tape region onto which a flap of the flexible member is overlaid and a second tape region positioned between the first tape region and the second side-edge portion. The flap is interposed between the first tape region and the second tape region.
FLAME AND HEAT-RESISTANT FASTENER CHAIN AND METHODS OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
According to various implementations, a flame-resistant and heat-resistant fastener chain includes a pair of left and right fastener tapes and a pair of left and right continuous fastener elements. Each fastener tape includes a facing tape side edge that faces the facing tape side edge of the other fastener tape. The left continuous fastener element is coupled to the left fastener tape adjacent the facing tape side edge of the left fastener tape and the right continuous fastener element is coupled to the right fastener tape adjacent the facing tape side edge of the right fastener tape. Each continuous fastener element includes a coiled monofilament that includes a high temperature polymer. In some implementations, the continuous fastener element includes a cord around which the coiled monofilament is wrapped.

Tape for slide fastener
A tape for a slide fastener includes warps and wefts. A yarn count of warps among yarns forming the fastener tape is set to 22-28 dTex. A weave density of the warps is set to 205-231 yarns/inch. A yarn count of wefts among the yarns forming the fastener tape is set to 81-87 dTex. A weave density of the wefts is set to 42-48 yarns/inch. The weft is a multifilament formed by bundling 33-39 monofilaments. According to one embodiment, the yarn count of the warps is set to 25 dTex, the weave density of the warps is set to 210-226 yarns/inch, the yarn count of the weft is set to 84 dTex, the weave density of the wefts is set to 43-46 yarns/inch, and the weft is a multifilament formed by bundling 36 monofilaments.

Fastener stringer and slide fastener
Fastener stringer may include a knitted fastener tape, and a fastener element attached to the fastener tape. The fastener tape may include a first side-edge portion where the fastener element is provided, a second side-edge portion provided at an opposite side of the first side-edge portion, and a tape main portion provided between the first and second side-edge portions. The first side-edge portion may include one or more chain-stitch yarns formed in one or more wales. The second side-edge portion may not include a chain-stitch yarn. The tape main portion may include M or more chain-stitch yarns formed in M or more wales. M may indicate a natural number equal to or greater than one third of the total number of wales included in the fastener tape. Difference in yarn density may be caused between the tape main portion and the second side-edge portion.
