Means of retaining a product in a receptacle
A method of adhering a cosmetic pressed powder product or a stick type applicative product (e.g. a lipstick) inside a receptacle therefor is disclosed. The receptacle comprises a casing having a top end and a base end with a receiving base member disposed at the base end, and the receiving base member has an inner surface. The base member may be designed or adapted to be moveable inside the casing to advance and retract the product. The method comprises applying a silicone hot melt adhesive composition in liquid form to at least part of the inner surface of the receiving base member; inserting the product into the receiving base member on or in the silicone hot melt adhesive composition while still in liquid form; and cooling, and optionally curing, the silicone hot melt adhesive to adhere the product inside the receptacle. Retained-products formed via the method are also disclosed.
Shock absorbing cosmetic compact
A cosmetic compact for solid or semi solid cosmetic product. The cosmetic compact comprising a lid and a base assembly, wherein the base assembly comprising a base, a frame, a shock absorbing member, and at least one cosmetic pan. The shock absorbing member is disposed in a cavity of the base. The shock absorbing member is coupled to the base and is coupled to the at least one cosmetic pan such that a shock imparted on the cosmetic compact is isolated from the at least one cosmetic pan. The shock absorbing member is deformable and comprises a hollow tubular body defining a central bore extending between an upper-flange and a lower-flange of the shock absorbing member.
PORTABLE AND SLENDER COSMETIC CONTAINER
A portable and slender container for the effective and efficient transportation, carrying, and storage of cosmetic formulations having a slender configuration and comprising a container body of an elastically deformable material with an inner shell member, an outer shell member selectively removably coupled to the inner shell member, a sidewall defining a body width, an upper enclosed aperture, a body length, a body depth, and a container cavity housing a cosmetic substance therein. The container body is of a slender configuration with the body length and the body depth of a dimension ratio of at least 5:1 and with the inner wall operably configured to be depressed into the container cavity to force the cosmetic substance through the upper enclosed aperture.
STICK-SHAPED PAPER CONTAINER
A stick-shaped paper container according to the present invention is introduced herein, and comprises a covering body, a base seat and a sleeving unit, the respective entire structure of all which is integrally compression-molded with only rendering positive draft angles, respectively, only by a wet-fiber pulp-molding process applied for wet plant-fibrous pulps, thereby being capable of simplifying its mold assembly and lowering its mold cost. The covering body, the sleeving unit and the base seat are assembled together into the entire stick-shaped paper container having a container height-to-width ratio between 2˜5.5.
Replaceable cosmetic bottle
The present utility model discloses a replaceable cosmetic bottle, comprising a bottle body and a bottle cap that covers the bottle body, wherein the bottle body comprises an outer bottle and an inner container which are detachably connected; the outer bottle comprises a first threaded connection portion and a second threaded connection portion which are vertically connected, and the second threaded connection portion is in threaded connection with the bottle cap; the inner container comprises a vertical ring boss; and the inner container is arranged in an inner cavity of the outer bottle, and the vertical ring boss is in threaded connection with the first threaded connection portion. According to the present utility model, the inner container can be conveniently replaced, thereby effectively saving costs and conforming to the idea of energy conservation and environmental protection.
COSMETIC FORMULATIONS WITH AN ARGON BLANKET AND AN INTERNAL ARGON RESERVOIR AND METHODS FOR MAKING SAME
Systems for preserving a cosmetic formulation and for preventing growth or survival of microorganisms on a cosmetic formulation include a cosmetic container and a cosmetic formulation disposed therein and having an argon gas reservoir which is formed within the cosmetic formulation such that rupturing the reservoir releases argon gas onto an adjacent cosmetic-air interface and displaces oxygenated air therefrom. Methods for manufacturing and preserving a cosmetic formulation include preparing a cosmetic formulation that is free of exogenous chemical preservatives but may contain natural preservatives, forming the argon gas reservoir, and sealing a container containing the cosmetic formulation in a nonvacuum, argon gas environment to form an argon gas blanket in the container headspace. The argon gas reservoir can be formed as microbubbles or a chimney of argon gas disposed vertically in the container or as other discrete pockets within the formulation and/or container.
RECEPTACLE FOR COSMETIC PRODUCT MADE OF SINGLE PLASTIC MATERIAL
A receptacle for dispensing cosmetic product includes a base adapted to receive a cup containing the product, a cover which can be rotated between a position in which the receptacle is closed and a position in which the receptacle is open, connected to the base by a first pivot connection and an intermediate platform for holding the cup in position, connected to the base by a second pivot connection. The receptacle includes a system for positioning the cup in order to limit any relative movement of the cup with respect to the base, this system including an inclined bearing surface of the platform bearing against an upper rim of the cup.
COSMETIC PRODUCT DISPENSER POT WITH A STACKED BASE, REFILL AND COVER
A pot for dispensing cosmetic product includes a base having a hollow body surmounted by a neck, the base defining a housing adapted to receive the cosmetic product, at least one refill of cosmetic product mounted on the base, and a cover closing the pot and adapted to be attached on the base or the refill. The base, the refill and the cover are successively stacked. The refill has a tank for storing the cosmetic product, the inner volume of which is at least identical to the inner volume of the housing of the base, the tank being inserted into the housing of the base by descending below the level of the neck of the base.
