The telescopic actuator is able to engage with the push plate of the replaceable cartridge to deliver the personal care product such that a top surface of the elevator telescopes with a bottom surface of the push plate of the replaceable cartridge.

The spiral component is configured for axially stopping and circumferentially rotating relative to the fork. The aluminum shell is configured for being fixed in position relative to the spiral component.

The telescope assembly includes a proximal section and a distal section movable relative to the proximal section along the longitudinal axis defined by the housing between a collapsed condition and an extended condition. At least one of the proximal section or the distal section is operably coupled to the base such that rotation of the base about the longitudinal axis causes corresponding rotation of the telescope assembly about the longitudinal axis.
