An apparatus and system for cleaning oral cavities via a device with predetermined optimally imposed methods to remove germs, bacteria, tartar and plaque, which have been clinically proven to cause gum disease and tooth loss, efficiently and with minimal abrasion to tooth enamel and gums. Variations of this disclosure include but are not limited to embodiments where the device utilizes any of the aforementioned components to achieve the intended function. However, a preferred embodiment of this disclosure comprises an electrically controlled magnetic field to allow optimal contact pressure in the mouth, a motion device capable of tracking motion coordinates to record daily cleaning methods and to inform recommendations and web enabled capability to store activity over time, a scrolling toothbrush and gum cleaning device or a stationary mouth guard device applying the same force dampening and applying technology in a more automated fashion.

A magnetic personal guide for guiding a user through a personal care routine is adapted for releasably holding a personal care implement. The personal care implement includes a section at least partially made from a magnetic and/or ferromagnetic material. A system for tracking and storing data associated with a personal care routine, the system including: a personal care implement having a section at least partially made from a magnetic and/or ferromagnetic material, and a magnetic guide to which the personal care implement is magnetically attachable and detachable, wherein the magnetic guide includes a guidance tool, the guidance tool being activated to track and store data by detaching the personal care implement from the magnetic guide.

A skincare device having energy regenerating end effector is presented. In one embodiment, an end effector includes an inner end effector structure configured to oscillate about an axis. The inner end effector structure includes at least one magnet and a plurality of contacting elements configured to contact skin of a user. The end effector also includes an outer end effector structure having at least one induction coil. The at least one magnet and the at least one induction coil cooperate to generate electrical current in the at least one induction coil when the end effector oscillates about the axis.

At least one embodiment of the invention relates to a glass cleaning device which comprises at least one handle, at least one cleaner device which can comprise at least one bar or at least one disc. In this way the cleaning device can operate through glass so that the movement of the handle moves the corresponding bar or the corresponding disc through electromagnetic attraction created by electromagnetic waves through the glass. A magnetically driven electric toothbrush head includes a brush body, a movable board and a screw cap with a cavity. A fixed frame is arranged in the cavity. Two spaced twisting plates are connected between the fixed frame and the movable board. The movable board is connected with a driving shaft extending through the fixed frame and the elastic cover is fixedly connected with the brush body. The bottom of the movable board is provided with permanent magnets.
