Drawer Extraction Guide
The invention relates to a drawer extraction guide with a corpus rail, a drawer rail, and a center rail and carriages arranged between them. It is provided that a synchronization device comprises at least a first and a second gear set with one or more synchronization wheels that are coupled with each other; that rolls a first synchronization wheel of the first gear set on one of the rails, on a component attached to the rail, on one of the carriages, or on an element attached to the carriage; that rolls a synchronization wheel of the second gear set on a further rail, on an element attached to a further rail, on a further carriage, or on an element attached to a further carriage; the synchronization device comprising a transfer member that is linearly and freely adjustable relative to the corpus rail, the center rail, the drawer rail, and the gear sets; and that one synchronization wheel of the first and the second gear set each roll on the transfer member. The invention allows for a compact configuration of a drawer extraction guide that is synchronized in its movement.
SERVER CHASSIS
A server chassis includes an outer case including a plurality of outer shells and an insertion space. The outer shell has an inner wall, and an outer rail structure is disposed on the inner wall of the outer shell. The outer rail structures including an outer rail-plate, an outer-rail and a set of ball slide rail. A chassis body is slidably coupled to the insertion space. The chassis body includes inner shells and an accommodating space. An inner rail structure includes an inner rail-plate, and the chassis body is capable of sliding with respect to the outer case through the inner rail-plate inserted in the outer-rail.
Three-section linkage drawer slides apparatus
A three-section linkage drawer slides apparatus, includes an upper rail, a middle rail, a fixed rail, an upper linkage rack, and a lower linkage rack, wherein the middle rail is slidably connected to the fixed rail through the lower linkage rack, the upper rail is slidably connected to the middle rail through the upper linkage rack, the upper linkage rack and the lower linkage rack are of separate structures, the upper linkage rack is mounted between the middle rail and the upper rail after being assembled, and the lower linkage rack is mounted between the fixed rail and the middle rail after being assembled. The upper linkage rack and the lower linkage rack are configured as separate structures, the manufacturing process can thus be simplified, so the manufacturing cost is reduced.
Refrigerator
A refrigerator having an improved structure to maintain the humidity in a drawer. The refrigerator includes a storage chamber, a drawer configured to be inserted to or withdrawn from the storage chamber, a cover configured to cover an upper part of the drawer, and a rail device configured to guide the drawer to slide in a front-rear direction with respect to the cover and to allow the cover to be located in the storage chamber and to be moved upward with respect to the drawer when the drawer is withdrawn.
GUIDE RAIL, AND STORAGE APPARATUS AND REFRIGERATOR HAVING SAME
Disclosed are a guide rail for allowing a drawer to be smoothly opened and closed, and a storage apparatus and a refrigerator having the same. The refrigerator includes a drawer accommodating room; a drawer accommodated in the drawer accommodating room; and a rail configured to guide the drawer to be pulled out of or pushed into the drawer accommodating room. The rail includes a first member extended along pulling-out or pushing-in directions of the drawer and supporting the drawer; a second member extended corresponding to the first member and supported in the drawer accommodating room of the refrigerator; and a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the first member and the second member and being in rolling-contact with the first member and the second member when the drawer is pulled out or pushed in. The second member includes a load support surface having an inward height difference as much as a predetermined gap from a rolling contact surface with which at least one second rolling element different from a first rolling element among the plurality of rolling elements is in rolling-contact so that at least one of the first rolling elements among the plurality of rolling elements is in contact with the first member and the second member and support a load of the drawer in a state that the drawer is positioned in at least one of a critical pull-out section or a critical push-in section. Thus, the refrigerator equally maintains a degree of contact between the rolling element and the members while the guide rail works, thereby uniformizing the operation quality of the guide rail.
SLIDING DEVICE FOR DRAWER
A sliding device is disclosed for a drawer capable of reinforcing rigidity while reducing noise during operation by mixing and using a plurality of slide balls having different tensile strengths. The sliding device includes: a fixed rail fastened and fixed to a main body, a movable rail fastened and fixed to a storage body, and sliding on the fixed rail, an intermediate rail disposed between the fixed rail and the movable rail to guide the sliding movement of the movable rail, and ball assemblies disposed between the intermediate rail and the fixed rail and between the intermediate rail and the movable rail, respectively to move to be slidable, and provided with a plurality of slide balls having different tensile strengths, the slide ball having a large tensile strength being disposed at the outermost side thereof.
Slide rail assembly and operation method thereof
A slide rail assembly includes a first rail, a second rail, a third rail, and a switching member. The second rail can be displaced with respect to the first rail and is provided with a working feature. The third rail can be displaced with respect to the second rail. The switching member is disposed on the third rail and is configured to contact the working feature when the third rail reaches a predetermined retracted position after being displaced from an extended position in a retracting direction, in order for the third rail to displace the second rail to a predetermined position in the retracting direction via the switching member.
