HINGE DEVICE
A hinge device for hinging two objects includes first and second hinging bodies configured to respectively connect to the two objects. Each of the first and second hinging bodies has a housing defined therein. The hinge device also includes first and second connection members placed in the housings of the first and second hinging bodies. The first and second ends of each first connection member are bent from the body. The first and second hinging bodies are pivotally connected to each other through the first connection members and the second connection members, such that the first hinging body and the second hinging body are rotatable relative to each other, thereby hinging the two objects.
Foldable closed cell foam sleeping pad
A closed cell foam sleeping pad has a foldable configuration and can be folded accordion style. The sleeping pad's top and bottom surfaces have a plurality of protrusions and a plurality of indentations, wherein the protrusions and indentations are arranged at different locations on different but adjacent foldable sections of the sleeping pad body such that when the pad is folded accordion style, the protrusions nest into the indentations perfectly to give the sleeping pad a smaller packing density while at the same time providing the protrusions for added user comfort.
PLASTIC FURNITURE WALL PART
A one-part plastic furniture wall part, in particular a plastic side wall part, includes a lattice-like skeleton structure which is closed toward the outside by an outer wall and is open toward the inside. The skeleton structure has at least one inwardly open recess for receiving a furniture fitting or an electrical component and/or at least one inwardly protruding functional element, in particular a pin.
Modular cabinet assembly
A modular cabinet assembly has at least a first sub-cabinet and a second sub-cabinet. Each sub-cabinet includes a back board having at least two separate back board pieces that are pivotably connected to each other, a left side board pivotably connected to one of the at least two back board pieces, and a right side board pivotably connected to another of the at least two back board pieces. At least one shelf board having opposite ends is removably connected to the left side board and the right side board of either the first sub-cabinet or the second sub-cabinet. A first end board is connected to either an upper end of the first sub-cabinet or a lower end of the second sub-cabinet. A first connector removably connects the left side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets, and a second connector removably connects the right side boards of the first and second sub-cabinets.
T-link hinge mechanism
A T-link hinge for hingeably connecting first and second members comprises a link portion having a T-shaped cross-section including a top region and a bottom region, wherein the top region has a width greater than a width of the bottom region. The link portion comprises first and second thru holes formed in the bottom region of the link portion adjacent each the respective first and second ends of the link portion. Each of the first and second members to which the link portion is to be mounted includes thru holes. In an assembled configuration of the link portion and the first and second members, the thru holes formed on the first and second members axially align with the pair of thru holes in the link portion and are connected by first and second pins.
LIGATURE RESISTANT HINGE COVER
The ligature resistant hinge cover comprising a bridge between a cabinet and a hinge mounted door. The ligature resistant hinge cover comprising a cabinet face portion on the cabinet and a door portion disposed adjacent a door hinge side whereby the door portion is adapted to close a gap between the door hinge side and the ligature resistant hinge cover. The ligature resistant hinge cover further comprising a sloping top portion bridging the gap between the top of the door and the top of the cabinet with a sloping rounded top edge. A concave hinge portion adjacent the hinge. A convex outside adapted to provide a smooth transition from the cabinet to the door.
Furniture and Large-scale Play Structures Having Ideal Modularity
A method for building large-scale play structures having an ideal modularity is provided. The method includes providing panels having a thickness, a planar-quadrangle shape including a length, a width and four chamfered edges with a set of holes located along each edge, the holes located at a fixed interval relative to one another, the fixed interval providing a unit of length, a fixed-location fastening element located in each of the holes, respectively; providing a plurality of movable fastening elements each including a hand-grip to allow the respective movable fastening element to be moved between an unsecured position and a secured position without the use of tools when received by any one of the plurality of fixed-location fastening elements; and employing the fasteners to secure a plurality of the panels to one another to provide a structure that has an overall height, an overall length and an overall width, the structure including at least a pair of panels oriented one above the other and at least a pair of panels located at the same elevation and secured at right angles to one another.
Fabric hinge
A foldable fabric hinge comprises a fabric portion having a first end and a second end. The foldable fabric hinge further comprises first and second fabric portion holders, wherein each of the first and second fabric portion holders is configured for gripping a respective one of the first and second fabric portion ends.
