The work surface is configured to cover a protected member when in a first position and the work surface is configured to uncover the protected member when moved into a second position. The base is configured to support the work surface on a floor surface. A height of the work surface can be adjusted to accommodate the ergonomic needs of different users.

A fixture member includes: a pillar having a substantially horizontal sectional shape that is a U-shape; a plurality of chip portions fixed in the pillar; and an opening formed by a lower surface of one chip portion, an upper surface of another chip portion, and opposed inner side surfaces of the pillar. A support member is detachably attached to the opening. A receiving member is fixed to the support member. The chip portion has an upper slope surface, a first horizontal surface, and a lower slope surface. The support member has: a first contact surface to contact with the lower slope surface; a second contact surface to contact with the upper slope surface; a third contact surface to contact with the first horizontal surface; and a fourth contact surface and a fifth contact surface to contact with the opposed inner side surfaces of the fixture member.

Disclosed herein are foldable tables and methods for using the same. The foldable table can include at least one support member having a first and a second elongate support segments. The first support segment can be attachable to a platform. The second support segment can be slidably coupled to the first support segment along an elongate direction. The support member can be extendable between a contracted configuration and an extended configuration. In one example, at least one adjustable leg can be coupled to the support member and can be movable between a storage position and a support position. In one example, the foldable table includes a plurality of hingedly coupled tabletop panels. The first and second tabletop panels can be movable between a folded configuration and a deployed configuration.

Disclosed herein are foldable tables and methods for using the same. The foldable table can include at least one support member having a first and a second elongate support segments. The first support segment can be attachable to a platform. The second support segment can be slidably coupled to the first support segment along an elongate direction. The support member can be extendable between a contracted configuration and an extended configuration. In one example, at least one adjustable leg can be coupled to the support member and can be movable between a storage position and a support position. In one example, the foldable table includes a plurality of hingedly coupled tabletop panels. The first and second tabletop panels can be movable between a folded configuration and a deployed configuration.

A cantilever table is configured to attach to a vehicle cargo area. The cantilever table includes a first portion slidably engaged with a second portion in a manner that allows the first portion to be stored beneath the second portion when the table is not in use. The first portion includes a handle at the proximal end, a hook fastener configured to engage a closure latch in the vehicle cargo area, a first adjustable support configured to extend vertically downward from the lower surface, and a second adjustable support comprising a pair of independently adjustable supports configured to extend downwardly at an angle toward a bumper in the vehicle cargo area.
