Easily operated sofa bed
A folding bed, such as a sofa bed, with an assembly configured to counteract the gravitational forces acting on both a rotation of the main panel in relation to the frame and a rotation of the foot panel in relation to the main panel. A transmission may be used in the assembly to connect the first pivotal connection, where the main panel pivots with respect to the frame, to the second pivotal connection, where the foot panel pivots with respect to the main panel. The transmission transmits torque from the first pivotal connection to the second pivotal connection, so as to counteract gravitational forces acting on the foot edge of the foot panel.
Modular seat
Disclosed is a modular seat for aircraft. The system has a frame that is able to be interconnected with other frames laterally. Since each lateral frame has the same pivot points (when viewed from the side), the linked seats rotate together. The seats also include buckle lugs which enable a particular seat to be used on either side of the aircraft.

An electric bed comprises a main bed frame and a movable auxiliary bed frame, wherein the auxiliary bed frame is sequentially provided with a bottom plate, a base plate and a backing plate, the front end of the base plate is rotatably connected to the front end of the auxiliary bed frame, the rear end of the bottom plate is rotatably connected to the front end of the base plate, the front end of the backing plate is rotatably connected to the rear end of the base plate, a first electric telescopic rod and a second electric telescopic rod for driving the bottom plate and the backing plate to be unfolded and stored are provided between the bottom plate and the main bed frame and between the backing plate and the auxiliary bed frame, respectively, and a linkage member is provided between the bottom plate and the main bed frame.
ADJUSTABLE CHAIR
An adjustable reclining chair having zero wall clearance has a frame and an adjustable support platform with a plurality of articulated support sections pivotally mounted with respect to one another for relative angular adjustment. An actuator means for effecting co-ordinated movement of said support sections to reconfigure the chair between a seated position and a sleeping position in which the articulated supporting sections lie in a substantially horizontal plane (H). One of the articulated support sections is a seat support inclined relative to the horizontal plane when the chair is in the seated position and substantially in the horizontal plane when the chair is in the sleeping position.
MODULAR SOFA WITH ADJUSTABLE SEAT
Here is described a piece of furniture, and particularly a sofa, that comprises a base and a seat cushion. The base comprises longitudinal structures; a pair of transversal structures mounted to the longitudinal structures; arms rotatively mounted to the transversal structures; and poles mounted to the arms. The seat cushion is adapted to be laid over the base. The poles are movable between positions providing therethrough one of: an adjustable support for the seat cushion; and an adjustable slope for the seat cushion. The sofa may further comprise mounting brackets mounted inwardly to the frame, each one comprising a mounting rod. Cushions of the sofa comprise a cushion body; and a pair of mounting braces extending from the cushion body and comprising a slit in which the rod is positioned as the cushion is rotated around the rod until the cushion stands in place.
Convertible multifunctional furniture
Convertible multifunctional furniture comprising at least one support base, at least one lifting device which is supported on the support base, a usage unit, a horizontal rotational axis in the longitudinal or transverse direction about which the usage unit can be rotated, and a mounting pin at each end of the rotational axis. At least one scissor mechanism is arranged between the lifting devices and each mounting pin of the rotational axis, at least one scissor limb is connected to a drive of the lifting device at one end and to a support at the other end. The other end of the scissor both is connected to a linear element for controlling purposes, said linear element having a surface which can be coupled to a surface of a wheel that is rotatably coupled to a complementary element of the mounting pin.

A recliner, comprising: (a) a stationary base frame; (b) a cushion frame slidably engaged to the base frame; and (c) a backrest frame pivotally engaged to the cushion frame via a pair of opposing recliner mechanisms mounted to the base frame, wherein, as the cushion frame extends in an extension direction, the cushion frame engages the pair of opposing recliner mechanisms so that the backrest frame pivots in a reclining direction simultaneously with the extension of the cushion frame.
Reversible seat for a boat
A reversible seat for a vehicle includes a seat structure, a support, and a pivot. The support has a slot formed therein, and the slot has an arcuate shape over a portion of the slot. The pivot is connected to the seat structure and engaged with the slot. The seat structure is configured to move from a first orientation to a second orientation by moving the pivot from a first end of the slot towards a second end of the slot and rotating the seat structure about a pivot axis of the pivot. The seat structure is also configured to move from the second orientation to the first orientation by moving the pivot from the second end of the slot towards the first end of the slot and rotating the seat structure about the pivot axis of the pivot.
