Systems and Methods for Generating Synthetic Cardio-Respiratory Signals
Devices and methods for generating synthetic cardio-respiratory signals from one or more ballistocardiogram (BCG) sensors. A method for determining item specific parameters includes obtaining ballistocardiogram (BCG) data from one or more sensors, where the one or more sensors capture BCG data for one or more subjects in relation to a substrate. For each subject, the captured BCG data is pre-processed to obtain cardio-respiratory BCG data. The cardio-respiratory BCG data is sub-sampled to generate the cardio-respiratory BCG data at a cardio-respiratory sampling rate conducive to cardio-respiratory signal generation. The sub-sampled cardio-respiratory BCG data is cardio-respiratory processed to generate a cardio-respiratory parameter set. A synthetic cardio-respiratory signal is generated from at least the cardio-respiratory parameter set and a cardio-respiratory event morphology template. A condition of the subject is determined based on the synthetic cardio-respiratory signal.
CONNECTING DEVICE FOR PUSH ROD OF BED FRAME
A connecting device for a push rod of a bed frame is configured to connect a bedside drive rod and a bed-end drive rod of the bed frame. The connecting device contains: a fixing sheet, a coupling sheet, and at least one first locking element. The fixing sheet includes a first connection orifice fitted with the bedside drive rod or the bed-end drive rod, and at least one first lock orifice. The coupling sheet includes at least one second lock orifice and a joining portion. The at least one first locking element is inserted through the at least one first lock orifice of the fixing sheet and the at least one second lock orifice of the coupling sheet so as to connect the fixing sheet and the coupling sheet.
Packaged Mattress Foundation for Stacking on a Pallet
A packaged mattress foundation is sized to fit on the most common sized pallets with a minimum height per packaged mattress foundation to maximize a number of packaged mattress foundations that can be fit in a given allowable height for a pallet stack. Maximizing the number of merchandise on a give pallet is particularly important to “big-box retailers” that display merchandise stacked on pallets as shipped. To minimize the height of the packaged mattress foundation, components such as motors, frames, and boarders are distinct (i.e., not overlapping) when the two panels are folded, like a clamshell, for shipping.
Decorative Cover for a Bed Frame
A decorative bed leg cover for a bed frame and at least one perpendicularly and downwardly-extending bed leg that is disposed in a substantially vertical position, the bed leg cover having a visually pleasing aesthetic appearance together with a substantially vertically-disposed aperture disposed within the bed leg cover body for receiving the bed leg within the bed leg cover body. The bed leg cover also includes a bed leg cover sidewall, a recess defined within the bed leg cover sidewall, and a light/sensor housing that is removably disposed within the recess of the bed leg cover sidewall, the light/sensor housing comprising circuitry between a proximity sensor and a light-emitting device. The bed leg cover comprises a top surface having a plurality of slits defined in the top surface.
NOISE REDUCTION AND CANCELLATION SYSTEM FOR BEDS
Described are bed systems with headboards having a main headboard portion, a left wing attached to a first lateral edge and a right wing attached to a second lateral edge of the main headboard portion, and sound insulation material and insulation supports in each of the main headboard portion and the left and right wings. The insulation supports can be spaced apart to form cavities that can be filled in by the sound insulation material. The sound insulation material can be wool batten insulation. The bed system can also include speakers integrated into the left and right wings that allow a user to play audio, such as white and/or pink noise, to cancel surrounding noise. The bed system can also include microphones and a controller that can drive the speakers to cancel noise detected by the microphones.
BED SYSTEM WITH OPTIONAL SIDE RAIL ACCESSORIES
Described are bed systems with side rail accessories. A foundation can include a side rail accessory having at least one support pole and a first side rail having first and second mounting holes that can receive the support pole and support the side rail accessory. The side rail accessory can be a tabletop and/or handle with the support pole.
Modular bed with vibration motor
A modular bed includes a frame assembly, a plurality of elongated support units, and at least one vibration assembly including a rack, a stretchable web, and a vibration motor. The rack is detachably mounted on two selected adjacent ones of the elongated support units. The stretchable web has a central portion suspended across a lower opening of the rack. After the through bore is stretched to permit insertion of a positioning plate of the vibration motor, resilient retraction of the through bore causes a neck portion of the vibration motor to be trapped in the through bore with a motor body and the positioning plate of the vibration motor to be in abutting engagement with upper and lower surfaces of the stretchable web, respectively.

Headboard, bed and packaging method
A headboard provided by embodiments of the present disclosure is formed by detachably combining a first headboard, a second headboard, a third headboard, and a fourth headboard, and backs of the first headboard, the second headboard, the third headboard, and the fourth headboard are respectively provided with accommodating grooves. When the bed needs to be packaged and shipped, the headboard can be disassembled into the first headboard, the second headboard, the third headboard, and the fourth headboard, and other parts of the bed, including the left headboard and the right headboard, are placed into a space enclosed by the accommodating grooves of the lower headboard and the upper headboard.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL SOFA
A multifunctional sofa includes a base seat, a back supporting frame and a cushion pad. The base seat includes a frame, a support cloth located inside the frame, and a plurality of resilient members connected between the frame and the support cloth. The back supporting frame is disposed at a side of the frame of the base seat. The cushion pad is disposed on the base seat. At a lifted-up posture, the multifunctional sofa serves as a chair. At a lay-down posture, the multifunctional sofa serves as a bed. When the cushion pad is removed, the multifunctional sofa serves as a trampoline on which the user may practice jumping exercise. In accordance with the user's requirement, the multifunctional sofa can be utilized as a chair for sitting, a bed for lying, or a trampoline for jumping so as to preserve more space for home activities.
