A tray and corner post type packaging system for shipping and displaying palletized products is provided. The packaging system is made from three folded and glued blanks and includes four corner posts and a central support.

Deployable display with an expansion system comprising a traction elastic element. The elastic element is basically formed by an elastic band which is annular or is cord-type with engaging elements, and optionally by at least one extension for extending the length of a said band, formed by a plate made of flexible or semi-flexible sheet material provided with engaging elements for said elastic band, the assembly in turn being engaged to side projections of the display. The limiting system is implemented by the reduction in the elastic force and/or by the own resting length of the elastic band in cooperation, where appropriate, with the length of the extension element.

An apparatus to display packaged products that includes a base that includes a bottom segment, at least two supporting segments, and a top segment, the top segment provided with a plurality of apertures and supported at least in part by the at least two supporting segments such that the bottom segment and the top segment are generally parallel; and at least two side portions, at least one of said side portions comprising a support column, the at least two side portions being generally perpendicular to the bottom segment and the top segment. Methods of assembling the apparatus are also provided.

A pallet assembly including a plurality of trays separated by supports is provided. Each of the supports includes a rectangular portion and a wing portion. The wing portion is formed from two layers of materials connected together by a locking tab or other suitable structures. The wing portion can include a first portion and a second portion at an angle with respect to the first portion. A tab can be used to facilitate placing the first portion of the wing at the angle with respect to the second portion of the wing.

The wing portion is formed from two layers of materials connected together by a locking tab or other suitable means. A point of sale display includes at least two stacked product transport boxes each having a planar bottom and planar top; a pair of locking tabs on one of the planar bottom or planar top of each box, each locking tab having a hinge and sides extending therefrom; a pair of receiving openings on one of the planar bottom or planar top of each box, wherein the pair of receiving opening on one of the stacked boxes align with the pair of locking tabs on the other such that the locking tabs on the stacked boxes are selectively pivoted through the openings of the adjacent box to interconnect the boxes and prevent relative sliding, and wherein the pair of locking tabs has one of straight sides or an inwardly tapered trapezoidal shape extending from the hinge to allow the boxes to be separated.

The novel invention provides methods and systems for automated production of merchandising displays. The displays can be assembled in whole, shipped in whole and filled with customer-selected products in customer-selected amounts, filled with criteria-selected products in criteria-selected amounts or both.

A product display system includes a product-support structure with a plurality of cabinets, a plurality of spacers, a base tray, and a cover plate. The cabinets and spacers are inserted into a cavity in the base tray in an alternating pattern around a peripheral wall of the base tray and the cover plate is placed on a top end of the spacers and cabinets, opposite the base tray. The product display system includes a display header that is slidable along a vertical axis with respect to the product-support structure. The display header includes an elongated header tube which includes sidewall panels. The product display system can include one or more elastic members that connect the display header to the product-support structure and bias the display header to an upright position.

A product display in accordance with the present disclosure includes a display header and a product-support structure. The display header is coupled to the product-support structure for showing product indicia related to products stored in the product-support structure to a customer at a retail location.
